428,000 sells today - made up mainly of 3 lots of 100k sells - so nothing really too large

wonder if a placing is on it's way - maybe - but personally think 3 x 100k sells are small

Would be nice to know what caused the drop. Buying without any news is a bit risky. I'm going to hold until there's a reason to buy more or sell.

Thanks for letting us know - it is helpful to know what is driving the price
Market makers appear to have taken most of the sells today without dropping the price to start with so somebody still accumulating
I'm happy to hold and watch the story unfold a while longer
We haven't yet seen the effect of the Equens and KPMG partnerships in the numbers but we might in 2014

BB2 - I noticed your link to results on the CLEA thread. Sold before delisting. Looks like they are winding down with post period sale of most of the DMPs. Whilst David Mond is bankrolling the business it appears to be at a rather high price as he rolls his loans. I don't think this is another Spectrum

One big plus of not holding is I don't visit their website so Google ads has stopped bombarding me with DMP and IVA ads!!!!

I wouldnt expect the co to react to the speculation but they should say if there is or isnt going to be a placing, then we can move on, otherwise the uncertainty is going to hang over the share price

Maybe so but if the speculation has and did have an effect on the shareprice they did have an opportunity to clear it up. Though i am pleased that to date we haven't needed one.

BB2 - don't agree - unprofessional to respond to speculation.

We all know that they have been funded by Director loans and with Directors holding over 65% presumably they don't want dilution. I take that as a positive.

If there was some basis of fact in Winnifroth's speculation I am impressed that they would only seek to raise £0.5m resulting in a relatively insignificant dilution even if at a discount.

A 50% increase in Revenue this year per TS and presumably getting close to breakeven. Plenty of scope for growth from the partnerships initiated this year.
