Thank you for your online contact last week which has been passed to me – and I apologise for the tardy reply whilst I have been away.

There are two layers to this: quantitatively, we are, as you may imagine looking to announce our financial results for the year to 31 December 2012 before the end of May. Meanwhile, qualitatively, I would hope that soon we will be updating shareholders on our business activities.

In either event, why don't I make a file note to alert you by email when we post up the next announcement?

Frickin MM's got me 2 for 2 now! Got sucked into buying above the spread at the spike up end of Jan and been got AGAIN on Monday. What gives? Those spikes are because MM's got no stock to sell to me so I have to pay a premium for a small tranche.But, shortly after, you get Idiats selling and selling some more and we end lower than where we started. IT MAKES NO SENSE!

Rant over - just have to trust that value will out eventally - there's a good alignment of interests between directors & shareholders here, good growth now, huge growth possible.

In addition, other business won means that, whilst the exact quantum will depend on the progress of current projects and the timing of revenue recognition as a whole, the Company expects group revenues for the year to December 2012 to be substantially in excess of the prior year total.

Results should be announced next month

Hopefully results should be out in 2nd week of April if LYR is anything to go by which should reflect the large contracts VIP have secured in H2 LYR.

Mfoundry acquired on ten times revenue.

That would value VIP at 10p a share.

Fintech giant FIS has agreed to pay around $120 million in cash to buy the 78% stake in mobile money specialist mFoundry it does not already own.
Founded in 2004, mFoundry bills itself as North America's largest mobile banking and payments provider with more than 850 clients, including Bank of America and PNC. Over the years it has secured investment from big names, including MasterCard, Motorola Mobility, NCR and PayPal.

Gary Norcross, president and COO, FIS, says: "Consumers have adopted the mobile channel faster than any other delivery channel in existence, and delivering industry-best mobile solutions is a vital focus area for FIS. Our goal is to provide the solutions that underpin an organisation's ability to best reach and serve its customers, and the addition of mFoundry plays a key role in that strategy."

Drew Sievers, co-founder and CEO, mFoundry, adds: "FIS has been a great investment partner for the last several years, and the timing was right for us to combine forces to create the unparalleled industry leader in mobile delivery. This transaction enables us to capitalize on new market opportunities and bring top-tier mobile capabilities to our combined client bases."

The transaction, subject to customary regulatory approvals and contractual closing conditions, is expected to close by the end of the first quarter.

Struggled like hell to buy at 6p - even paying outside the spread at 6.06 only to find someone dumping 50k lots into the good news and lumbering MM's again and taking the price right back to 4.75-5.0p.

Interesting that no value has been attributed to the deal. How does the market work out how good it is?

An obvious recovery stock. Issued at 8.5p a year ago, today's 5.5p is a no-brainer as they say.
