Para 2 and 3.......

At current run rates, this loss making company is trading at a whopping 28 times revenues.

For immediate release 26 October 2011

VIPERA PLC

("VIPERA" or "THE COMPANY")

Trading update

Vipera, the specialist provider of mobile financial services, today issues the following trading statement in respect of the 9 months to September 30, 2011.

Revenues in the nine months to the end of the third quarter, September, were GBP432,000 versus GBP250,000 for the 12 months to December 2010. Although this is a substantial increase, it is in fact below the target which we had set ourselves.

We are finding that deals are taking longer to close than we had expected, as banking clients are taking longer to make capital investment decisions. This will have an impact on what we can achieve in the remaining two months of our financial year. During the year we have exercised control over our costs and EBITDA is expected to be in line with our previous expectations.

Nevertheless, our pipeline of prospects is gaining in strength and we are expecting to continue to grow our revenue.

The Company is also bringing forward steps to accelerate our growth by broadening and improving our product offering, in particular by providing an extended m-commerce proposition. This includes exploring a possible acquisition.

We remain confident that the mobile market is at the beginning of a very substantial growth period and we are well placed to profit from it.

Not sure you can talk rest when you look at how AVN and SYNC are doing. You have also got a couple of calls wrong just like everyone else.

Ask those that bought into your speil at 30p plus.

Only offering 1500 shares at 15p but willing to take 100k off me at 12.5p.

Looks as though EVO had a small amount of stock to shift at any price, hence the 11p trade of 122k, looks as though EVO will be no longer on this stock now as they have moved off the bid and offer.

Your'e not wrong. What's caused the massive drop in this over the last two days? Surely not the board changes.

Picked a few up this morning. Not much of a sell off in the down turn. Possibly all the supply has been absorbed at these levels.

Weak market with no buyers. Poor liquidity so will decline on small volume to find demand.

It went up on no news......just went up because a few bought when it retraced back to the teens. No news since, hence it has retraced again.

Yes you're right, they're the only broker currently covering this stock.

Obviously highly speculative with associated risks but the potential growth is there.

matt, the only problem with your last post is that Daniel Stewart is the company's own broker. They have to be positive. Let's hope others follow suit. Still a "Jam Tomorrow" company. No buys as yet despite the results being favourable. I hold.
