That was exactly the same with me. Did I like losing money NO. It was the lies the crunt told and smirk on his frukin face. For years he knew this company was going bust and he dragged it out as long as he could feecing everybody! Paying our share to suppliers for work done, then diluting us, and paying himself royalties. My frukin blood boils when I think of the crooked brastard...

The number of lies/fraudulent comments Foo published, Foobolx, (via RNS) should be enough to get recourse against his assets..

Some of my favorite Foobolx were back in 2010 when the VOG Ponzi scheme started to gain traction..
Back in Feb10 (before the endless dilutions) we had:

"It is also important to stress that our plan is to fund this leg of
Logbaba's development with debt or trade financing and not to tax further our
shareholders. We have already had interest from a number of local and
international banks in this regard and will be able to crystallise these as
solid data from the wells becomes available.

Then there was this Foobolx a few months later in July 10:
"When we are able to meet our minimum target of selling 8MMscf/d at $16/mcf, which I would add is over three times the price of US Natural Gas at present; this will provide significant cash flows."


What followed was another 10 years of Foobolx which thankfully is archived in RNS releases!!!

Thankfully I didn't loose much on this one but learnt a lot!!!

About £130k for me. Yes my choice but to sit with Foo in his office and attending many Agms, just to be blatantly lied to, it’s what f ucked me off most. Dannythelark, set up a action group. I’ve said it before, I’m well happy to chip in for an investigation in to Foo’s dealings. By the way, have you seen Foo’s house. It’s nice. I might have a go at playing “knock down ginger”. Who remembers that game!

alan, well biggie and many others could have and should have sold on the spike last year. Could have got 6p. No good to very long termers but not bad for the likes of Fenn.
Some of the reported amounts people had in vog and lost ..!! up to 6 figures!!??
Who would put that into an AIM firm?? I`m pretty sure I didnt lose more than £800-£1,000 but it was probably 7 years ago now, maybe more.
Before anyone slags off syme...it is not an aimer.. It has a main listing.

Danny ,if you think you have a case..start an action group. No point moaning every day.

The reality is that Directors get away with murder..remember the banks going bust?
Fred the shred still living in luxury in the South of France..City boys get away with a hell of a lot. The square mile has it`s own rules and many friends at Westminster.
It`s a stinky system.The alarm bells should have been ringing after the first AGM!
and the fiasco of the drilling costs and contractors...unbelievable.

Knowing that I was robbed blind by Kevin Foo I don't know how many times I warned that this company has been a cesspit of snakes. I discovered that when Grant whatever his name was a director on 400K a year and barely had the energy to talk, he was a big buddy of the crunt Foo. He robbed everybody and didn't give a fruck!!

sparty 1 I sold out of here ages ago I lost £100,000 fortunately I made every penny and a lot more on other shares , I consider myself very lucky I tried to give Danny some tips to get his money back but he wouldn’t listen, this share has always been rotten to the core and even if they are saved it will go in the end , fenn is an absolute menace and changes his name thinking we don’t know ,but of course we do, good luck to you,

The outcome of the RSM arbitration makes me question the wisdom of GDC/VOG concluding the prior settlement agreement with CHL. Epecially if the reasoning in support of the Arbitration Tribual's award in favour of RSM could have supported VOG/GDC in its own dispute against CHL.

Probably too late to re-open the CHL case but still the settlement agreement needs to be looked over with a fine-tooth comb.

Anyway I'm afraid VOG now v. much looks to be nothing but a carcass to be ripped to shreds by RSM and CHL. Either that or new dilutive placing to get funding to pay off all claims.

There are many ways out of this:

Loan from YF ?

Loan from Hadron ?

Let RSM have more of the Logbaba concession ?

Let RSM have a free farm in to Matanda ?

VOG legal action against CHL ?

A long term payment plan with RSM based on future revenue ?

Settlement with RSM would remove a huge amnount of uncertainty over the company.

With a current market cap of £9 million there isn't a lot more shafting that can be done to shareholders !
