George the moron..."one only has to look at you history.
You have no credibility you pathetic clown."

That`s the trouble dopey George..you do not read the history .If you did you would see I sold out in kier over a year ago at A NICE PROFIT. Call yourself an accountant ? You could not count your fingers or toes ..all three of them!

Should be pretty obvious to all by now that VOG deal or no deal will never give shareholders anything but grief. Big trough for Kevin and current board..
West med dead as a Dodo, Kermk likewise, Handing over $12 mill to Kev..Planned developments will cost a fortune, years of unprofitable accounts,etc...
More chance of George having double figure IQ than shareholder rewards here.
But the liar Fenn/Jay/ will tell you 10p just around the corner..

You should have bought some syme @ 0.069 just touched 0.10...up 45% in 5 days.

Take no notice of the multiple alias Fenn/Jay . Vile muppet.

If VOG go bust CHL can kiss goodbye to their $12 million royalties they are due.

CHL should pay back some money to VOG as part of any deal with RSM

There are lots of deals that could be done.

Just need to sit back and wait.

The only case I see PI's not being completely wiped out, is if YF Finance and Haldron stump cash to partly pay RSM. In which case, there would be another huge dilution, where PI's current holdings would be worth between 0.5p-1p per share if lucky.

CHL should be responsible for payment, but I have absolutely no doubt the buck will stop with Vog.

Whatever happens, there is no doubt PI's are screwed, unfortunately.

I expect that the well respected Mr Kevin Foo will orchestrate a buyout of the company from the receivers for a few cents.. miraculously the 300m USD of Pipes, equipment etc that dissipated from the MV (and accounts) of the company will reappear alongside the large seismic anomaly, just in time for a fresh AIM IPO of Elizabeth Oil and Gas... with promises of riches for all, Foo and the boiler shops will raise 500m and the merry-go-round will spin once more!!! (maybe a few Elizabeth NFTs will be issued this time as well)... Unfortunately as history teaches us the euphoria will quickly be replaced by disappointment after disappointment as dilutions and write downs prevail... Except for Mr FOO who will once again be rewarded for his lies and fraud!!!

It is against that backdrop, that the Company has been able to engage and continues to engage in constructive dialogue with RSM towards a post-award settlement, albeit such settlement cannot be assured.

Moreover, the current management made huge strides towards improving the relationship with RSM, as illustrated by the September 2021 and January 2022 settlements (settling the UNCITRAL arbitration pre-hearing, and non-monetary claims in the ICC arbitration respectively). The Board thus has confidence in the management to navigate through this legacy issue and return the Company to a healthier footing."

Not surprised that the 20p tomorrow brigade have gone quite. Now it suspended, they are about to get shafted like all the other longterm holders. Although they’ll all probably say that “I sold out last week”. Good luck with that. Your going to need that here.

Surely it wouldn't have been done on purpose to acquire an entire company for free? Scam PI's out of there investments?

There is absolutely no chance of management navigating through this, with there being anything left for PI's. I expect vog will be delisted, which will wipe out PI's.

RSM will take the operational assets as payment.

There's this too:

"One of the matters under negotiation has been GDC's and RSM's obligation to pay State Royalties. In prior years this potential liability was disclosed as a contingent liability. Following the signing of a new Accounting Procedure to the licence in mid-2020, the royalty liability crystalised and the Company accordingly recognised a provision of US$9.6 million in the Annual Report to 31 December 2019. This has been increased to US$13.2 million as at 31 December 2020 and recognised as a current liability. It has been agreed that this amount be reduced by the amounts owed by SNH with respect to their 5% share of net revenues and costs. Although the amount is payable on demand, discussions are ongoing with SNH in relation to both the timing and mechanism of settlement. As outlined above a number of options are being discussed, including potential future participation of SNH in the downstream operations of GDC. "

vog could issue 100% shares to who they need to pay, would save vog and in the long term the other company will get paid. Any other outstanding problems for VOG?
