you are not a famous Hollywood star are you Fenn? LOL..
Where is the cash coming from for all these exciting opportunities Fenn?

Surely no one will be daft enough to underwrite another placement .Even the big shareholder would not buy more unless he gets control. They have had 15 years to get this dog on the road and only employees and directors have made anything. Foo is laughing with his big pay off.
Your only hope is Dangote..

All of which means nothing for shareholders..As ever.
How`s that West Dead deal going Fenn? Maybe sell it to the Chinese..They will be the only country doing business with Russia soon.

Dil21 , There are cultures in Wrexham, mainly growing in the kitchens and on the moss in the trophy cabinet of Wrexham FC. Oh and Fenn's filthy mouth.

I’d be careful of AST if I was you. The mob in charge are just as corrupt as what Foo and his cronies were here. Plenty of shareholders have been massively burnt investing in AST. Do plenty of research if your going to have a punt.

Nothing happening in this dog of a company. I wonder if Kevin Foo has received any of his settled Royalty payments? Another scam so he could walk away as free as a bird. Fruking, Thieving crunt. Stand up like a man Foo and tell all what a lying brastard you are.

(Business in Cameroon) - On March 16, 2022, the Cameroonian public treasury unraveled a new fundraising operation for a total amount of 48 billion FCFA on the Beac public securities market. According to the dashboard of operations of the Treasury stock market of the central bank, this search for financing was done by means of two simultaneous issues of equivalent Treasury bonds (OTA) with 4 and 5 years of maturity.

In detail, the issue of 5-year OTAs, remunerated at 5.25%, was intended to mobilize an envelope of 23 billion FCFA, while 4-year OTAs, with an interest rate of 4.5% per year, should enable the Cameroonian public treasury to raise 25 billion FCFA.

At this time, the results of this operation are not available. If successful, this money should be used to repay debts owed to Eneo. Indeed, in an agreement concluded last December, the State undertook to settle 182 billion FCFA of debts due to the exclusive distributor of electricity in Cameroon. This money was to be partly mobilized on the public securities market of the Beac. The first operation, which made it possible to raise 70 billion FCFA, was held on December 15, 2021. And the second, initially scheduled for January 17, 2022, was therefore finally held on March 14.

With the realization of these issues, Eneo will have received a total of 157 billion FCFA. Remains to be completed, the compensation of cross debts State (SNH), Eneo and KPDC of an amount of 25 billion FCFA, which is still the subject of discussion between the parties. After having collected 70 billion FCFA last December, the concessionaire of the electricity service received, at the beginning of this month of March, i.e. several months after the deadline initially planned, 39 billion FCFA, mobilized through a securitization operation supported by a banking pool made up of Afriland First Bank, Société Générale, SCB Cameroon, Commercial Bank of Cameroon, Ecobank Cameroon and Union Bank of Cameroon.

Foo often crowed about profitability and look what damage he did to the company.

Profitability will come as VOG have a fixed cost base.

Whichever way you dress it up, they still can't make a profit. Whatever Roy's salary is, he has not once in two years mentioned making the business profitable. Unless they do soon, there will be nothing left for private investors.

Yes oil and gas prices up recently.

However back in 2020 oil and gas had crashed to multi year lows and VOG were getting $16 mbtu which was fantastic.

As I've said already, this company is and always has been a bag of shrite. Kevin Foo lied to all of us for years, he hid the catastrophic mess he made, not only that he pulled a huge salary, shares, royalties. What a fruking thief. He reported sales knowing we weren't getting paid. I could go on and on. I frukin hate the crunt.....

Roy Kelly is on a salary of $510,000 which is £350,000

This is way lower than Foo was on and way lower than what Dik was on

VOG sell gas on 3-5 year fixed priced contracts.

The oil price dipped to $20 a barrel last year and has gone to $135 this year.

Barony, you can't be surprised by that, surely? Vog simply can't seem to turn a profit selling their gas. Roy has never in two years even mentioned the company becoming profitable.

As long as he continues picking up his £500k a year, why should he be concerned?

Vog must be one of the very few gas companies that is not able to get a rise in share price in these times of gas shortages. What are the board doing about it?? Nowt!
