28/5/2018 17:11 | HAAK yes but we have heard it all before. Who would believe a word they are told by this management. I said turn of the year they had one last chance to get this right. Well that chance soon went. There is going to have to be a massive change of fortune for this to turn around now. The management were not trusted before, today they are toxic. Maybe worth a gamble for some after the results, but not for me. | peterpowell21
28/5/2018 16:59 | There should be 10-12 new 1.5Mw Gensets online (3-4 mmscf/d) by year end + 2 mmscd/d CNG | highasakite
28/5/2018 15:13 | From my reading of the rns, i think there was mention of some some commercial clients who are fed up with having interupted power provided by ENEO and are in talks to bypass them using gas supplied by vog/gdc and their own gensets. These new gas customers should account for some of the increase. | eldermon
28/5/2018 15:06 | noticed this in the last RNS. The revised year end production targets are 11.3mmscf/d if ENEO is back online by 1 July 2018 and 7.8mmscf/d if they remain offline. Where have these fantasy numbers come from. Q1 was 3.5 Q2 is 2/3 through so looks like lt will be the same as Q1 So how do they get to 7.8 scuffs a day end of year production if eneo stay off line. Its another play on words. they are basing there numbers on eneo being back on line for the start of Q3. So even with eneon back on line and looking at the numbers for Q3 and Q4 last year 6.96 and 7.4 they will be nowhere near hitting 7.8 scuffs a day. Will the over egging the numbers ever stop here. | peterpowell21
28/5/2018 13:11 | FATTY A perfectly demonstrated example of why you shouldn't get emotionally attached to a share, -------------------- Will you be joining the vog action group,All those poor emotionally attached holders that have lost 10s of thousands in VOG. They all must be me posting, because according to you everything is great here and there are no unhappy holders. So glad i sold at 62p when you called me a nutter for doing so. | peterpowell21
28/5/2018 09:14 | A fire sale of part owned assets? Hahaha hahahahahaha hahaha hahahahahaha hahaha hahahahahaha hahaha hahahahahaha -------------------- Maybe that as this is a one trick pony, that only has less than a 60% of the project says it all. Grimm may offer a silly price to take the lot. After all foo is close to retirement so will be looking for yet another payday. How long will the gensets stay in cameroon making no money before the hire company remove them? Someone must be paying them something to be just sat there. And as they are VOGS partners i wouldn't be surprised if it were VOG. Or it could all come good in the end. Are you really prepared to gamble, with the history of this company? Good luck if you are. | peterpowell21
28/5/2018 09:01 | Lets just look at foo's record here. bought Kem, Spent a fortune developing it, lost kemp. Bought west-med, spent a fortune developing it, written off. Logbaba, own 60%, spent another fortune on developing it. Hardly a customer to be seen for there efforts. Does not make great reading does it. | peterpowell21
28/5/2018 08:53 | Tem Come on west-med is worthless and you know it. Once was referred to by foo as the "jewel in the crown",no it was just another case of a resource in the middle of no where, that only had one way to monitrice it. That was putting it through Gazprom pipes. They wanted a fortune to transport it, so again the wheels came of and the rest is history as they say. Remember when foo kept saying Kem would be got back. It was never going to happen but he flogged that for all it was worth for years. That little gem went off the radar a few years ago. Why? because he had logbaba to ramp. And boy did he ramp that. | peterpowell21
28/5/2018 08:48 | A fire sale of part owned assets? Hahaha hahahahahaha hahaha hahahahahaha hahaha hahahahahaha hahaha hahahahahaha | fatnacker
28/5/2018 07:15 | The company has option value only. Shares will be single digit post the annual report when the cronyism will be all the more obvious. There is no cash left in the business, and at some point, the bank(s) will show their teeth. The bank now have the equity risk here. There is nothing left to salvage. A fire sale will see the government step in to buy the pipelines from an Administrator. And you can see what terms they will insist on!!! There is insufficient gas demand in Cameroon to suggest this business is viable at the level to justify any investment. And when you invest you don't get paid! The country is broke, the political risks escalating, and the only two people left (Dik, Foo) will clean up in any liquidation as employees always get paid first in a company liquidation. | 3waysout
27/5/2018 19:32 | IF they can sell west med for £100m we'll be quids in | temmujin
27/5/2018 12:27 | 3waysout I agree with you like most holders and ex holder do. Its just that there seems to be two posters on here and LSE that claim they are holders and seem to support foo what ever he does or has done. (same people?) You can see that the vast majority of long term holders have now sold up at a great loss, or continue to hold as there investment is now almost worth less so may as well let it ride. I see one of the said posters mentioned above has now posted this on the other thread. "for me and from this level it might be worth building a position over a month or so" So yet again this supporter of foo, now seems to be saying he had sold ( at a profit i bet)and is now looking to buy in again,(you just could not make it up). while he posts his dying love for all things FOO. This is the same sad individual that paid to become a member, just so he could start a new thread and ban me from posting. lol. The same poster that looked where i was posting so he could post negative on there, then saying if i admit i was lying about VOG he would stop following me about and posting negatively on what i hold. Does this sound like a man that is trading this particular share. Sounds more like a long term holder who is holding a big loss, or an employee of VOG not wanting any negative posts. Funny really that they try to stop me from posting, yet come looking for me when they see a rise or when there is bad news and look to blame me for the bad news. Anyway, Can't wait for the year ending dec 17 results. Should be another 5-10% off the share price Well done foo. | peterpowell21
26/5/2018 15:26 | The share price will continue to be undermined by the lack of a sustainable business, the depleting cash pile, lack transparency, related party contracts,....but most importantly the lies.....there is no demand worth investing for in Cameroon. This stock needs to be suspended to investigate the above and the Board needs to stand down immediately. | 3waysout
26/5/2018 10:51 | I suggest all holders join this group. Foo has lied to investors for years now. He pays himself a fantastic wage and bonuses. If that was not bad enough he sold a company to VOG he held share in,many years ago and got around it by letting his lap dogs sort out the contract, making him and his family very rich from the sale. Then to top that off he somehow managed to get himself a very nice royalties package for gas sales. Some on here say he risked his money, well he never, he got paid a nice interest rate and the return of his investment. These people never risk there money, they know one way or another they will get there money back. So good luck with the group. But with a few nutters on these BB's that seem to love foo its going to be hard to get the support you will need. | peterpowell21
25/5/2018 10:54 | So any day now you will get the Annual Report & Accounts for year-ended 31 Dec 17. They will not look good so expect another drop on when they are finally released. | peterpowell21
25/5/2018 08:17 | Well its not worth much now, so he may as well get the price brought down to fair value. Which at this moment is worth about $10m or 10p. | peterpowell21 |
