25/4/2018 11:55 | Fatty I think the Gensets are at Logbaba and Bassa power plants till. I had never considered using them at customer sites to be honest which would speed things up dramatically connection wise. | highasakite
25/4/2018 10:29 | hotncold, how many explorers have "heads of terms" before committing to the drill exactly? ENEO were already customers ffs, did they have heads of terms when they first found gas? errr no, I appreciate you might be disgruntled and you might be justified in being so but don't let your heart rule your head, and ffs don't listen to a word that idiot Powell tells you or you lose ten times what you might have lost already, that's assuming you sold at a loss of course. | fatnacker
25/4/2018 09:56 | As a summary of the events over the last year and highlighting the biggest disaster. FOO and Dik have fiduciary duties as directors to act on behalf of the shareholders interests. To spend 90 million on drills of shareholders funds without having a heads of terms for power contracts is without doubt negligent and irresponsible considering they had to raise a further 23 million for operating costs by claiming it was to drill 109. Now FT tell me that wasn’t negligent! | hotncold
25/4/2018 08:49 | ENEO loss was not Foo's fault. However 1 new thermal customer between May 17 and March 18 is a disgrace especially with the rising oil price. | highasakite
25/4/2018 08:41 | If the accusations are true and your intention is to prosecute you are harming any case you might have by playing it out beforehand publicly not only for the reason that you're forewarning the respondent, personally I don't think there's a case to answer. | fatnacker
25/4/2018 08:08 | well only if they are untrue.Vog has become a disappointing benefit for placement funds and Kev`s pension pot it seems.Soooo glad I got out years ago when it became clear that shareholders were NEVER going to benefit from VOG! | sparty1
25/4/2018 08:07 | I would have thought at this level, and if the management is as inadequate as people here make out then you would like to think predators would be running over the numbers. There would appear to be good upside from revenue and the streamlining of the whole operation | fletcher
24/4/2018 23:23 | High, the salary bill for the BOD and execs in VOG is scandalous. Between the extortionate salaries, shares, royalties, expenses and paying family members there is nothing left. At the AGM my first question will be what cost cutting measures have been implemented and when? This shower have had it their own way for far too long. I know for a fact there is money unaccounted for everywhere. I also know from somebody on the ground we are doing between 5/6 scuffs a day, what a shambles. Foo and Dik have made a real pigs ear of this. They will know my true identity soon enough when the wheels of the justice system start moving. I don’t care how much I lose as long as I nail these two. | hotncold
24/4/2018 20:59 | In the year to Dec 17 this Non Ex that left today was paid $107,000 for what exactly ? | highasakite
24/4/2018 16:47 | 350k dump at 27p says it all really. Clearly someone wants out at any price. Non Ex leaves with immediate effect. When's the next placing Foo ?????????? Just do the decent thing Foo and walk and then put the company up for sale. | highasakite
24/4/2018 15:11 | If I need it high will be in contact. I thought the fastest and most reliable way to uncover what is going on here would be through revenue rather than the FSA. If these guys can’t account for money spent or received them there’ll be fireworks, and there is no pleading with the revenue. Bye Bye FOO! Hope His family members paid tax on all of the work they did for the company including the videos and website! Watch this space..... | hotncold
24/4/2018 14:57 | put my name on the letter also if you wish. | highasakite
24/4/2018 14:51 | Dik is in it up to his neck the same as FOO they are both peas in the same pod. I hope for their sake that the company accounts are squeaky clean I had a great conversation with somebody in the revenue. I have also sat with my solicitor today to draft a letter to them with my claims. Watch out FOO, Dik and anybody else involved in the boiler room. | hotncold
24/4/2018 14:21 | Lets look back at the 5th Jan 2108 RNS when VOG said ENEO were not consuming gas anymore. Ahmet Dik, CEO of VOG commented, "Cameroon has a very important industrial hub in Douala that has seen significant growth and cross border investment over the last five years, both into manufacturing and the power sector. We remain confident that ENEO and the Government will rapidly find a solution that will allow GDC to continue to supply gas to ENEO and to build on the relationships we have developed with all stakeholders over the past three years. Rapidly find a solution ? Its nearly 4 months Mr Dik ! | highasakite
24/4/2018 14:18 | So sad to see this great company going down the pan. I see even the old faithfull posters have turned. Also the directors are jumping ship, never a good sign. so so sad. | peterpowell21
24/4/2018 13:01 | Because he can’t keep his grubby hands off our money. He is an out and out liar! | hotncold
24/4/2018 11:40 | Why can't Foo resign ? | highasakite
24/4/2018 11:40 | Why can't Foo resign ? | highasakite
24/4/2018 09:36 | Well at least it won't crash the market when the ned sells his shares! | abacus2 |
