!!!!! Majedie and Trafelet have the same number of shares but different %. ?why

They would have to go to institutions for more money, no private investors would buy more even at these prices.
institutions would want a hell of a discount and that would send the share price well down again.

The issue is if and when a deal with ENEO is announced it will then be to late to get in.

We only need 10% of the equity holders to agree and we can get an EGM together to remove the lot of them.

It appears to me that VOG still relies on raising finance just to manage the day to day operations. It’s a f@@@@@ shambles 10 years and $300 million later with f@@@ all to show for it.
We have all been screwed by an oil snake salesman. He isn’t getting away with this I’ll F@@@@@ wipe the smirk off his face.

Every shareholder in VOG needs to make an effort to get to the AGM at the end of June to tell the BOD how unhappy we are and we demand change.

High, what about the $21 million they raised in November for 109 that was never going to be drilled, plus the 8 million from Eneo, plus the 5% from the Cameroon Govt.

I'll be going to the AGM with a list of questions from the past 5 years and I won't leave until I get direct answers, I don't think the BOD would know the truth if it jumped up and bit them.

I should have known never to trust FOO he could never look anybody directly in the eye , especially the video interviews he carried out. His body language was always wrong.

There is something seriously going on in the background of VOG and I suggest any shareholders that can GO to the AGM and get our questions answered with the truth once and for all.

All the money raised recently has gone on funding LA107 and LA108.

Anyone that's angry needs to get to the AGM like me end June ish.
