20/12/2017 15:57 | Wow, Prowler is having a field day, thought he purchased a few weeks' ago. | broncowarrior
20/12/2017 15:35 | With the two deals which end on the 31st Dec with ENEO and BLVN, I assume that we will have updates on what is happening before they run out. | dan de lion
20/12/2017 15:12 | Not much being posted on these bb today. A few rampers that just cant see the facts. Never mind, head in sand and hope for a Christmas miracle. That gun stuck in the well might just get blown out by the gas. Lets hope it hits foo on the head as he is walking past. Now that would really make for a Happy new year for many people. | peterpowell21
20/12/2017 14:48 | If you were an energy supplier would you want a primary supplier that continually fails to get it right as your only source of fuel. Wells that aren't and more kit down the hole than above it, at least it won't take long to dismantle the rig most of it is stuck in the hole and deep below ground. welcome to Cameroon any competent company that can deliver and you can have VOG on the cheap. | larry laffer
20/12/2017 12:17 | listen vog are sitting on a massive amount of gas that china probably wants...the world needs gas end of story...its a commodity that will get rarer and rarer | temmujin
20/12/2017 12:12 | Andrew Diamond "Successful completion of the Logbaba drilling programme will lead to production capacity expansion and the opportunity to have meaningful discussions with prospective customers." Ahmet Dik "The Company has held discussions with additional potential large off-takers and other grid power producers. GDC needs to increase its reserves to supply these large customers before long-term supply contracts can be agreed." Kevin Foo "Once results for the drilling programme are known, GDC will then be in a position to commit to negotiations that have been ongoing for some time with additional larger gas-to-power projects" | highasakite
20/12/2017 12:08 | Tem no need for that. people are entitled to voice there opinion. Just because they speak facts that are negative does not make them shorter's. The management are a complete rum and coke. Can't wait for there bonuses to be announced. You know, for the successful well campaign.lol rewards for failure go like hand in glove here. | peterpowell21
20/12/2017 11:58 | Max This was there last chance, they have failed yet again. This will keep dropping day after day until some good news comes about contracts. I just can't see that coming anytime soon. Back to the 30p's imo. This news today was one of the reasons the 4 directors only had a miserable 1000 pounds each in the placing. This has a very good chance of going below all time lows from here. I would not even gamble someone else's money here now. | peterpowell21
20/12/2017 11:55 | Gas Markets The Directors believe that the principal area of gas sales growth for the Company will be the grid power sector. The Company already supplies gas to ENEO, which is 51% owned by Actis UK, who currently generate up to 50MW of electricity using GDC gas, and are planning to increase gas-fired generation to beyond 100MW. The Dibamba Power Station, which is majority owned by Globeleq UK, is planning to install a gas-fired power generation plant by 2020 at its Dibamba Power Station. Grenor Group, owned by Entro-gruppen AS (a Norwegian power company), is the holder of an IPP licence to generate 150MW and is planning to install gas fired power generation equipment by late 2018. The Company is in discussions with all three power generation companies above and aims to secure binding contracts with them in the near future | highasakite

20/12/2017 11:05 | Peter, I have just completely bailed for the second time this year. I expressed a view a long time ago that VOG would end up as a massive asset paying Foo royalties but not returning value to shareholders for a very long time. I thought with Dik at the helm, things would improve but the management is simply not delivering - but if they were evaluated on increasing costs and dilution - boy, they would be world class! Dik assured me personally that costs on the drills would be controlled and that they had money for an overrun - failed. He then assured me that they had bank facilities a plenty and there would not be dilution - failed. Directors assured us that Foo's royalties would be sorted out - failed. My view on the future for VOG is a slow collapse in the share price followed by a slight rise as they are taken over or even taken private by the management. Thoroughly disappointed and hope for others sake I am wrong. | clunes100
