Kemche,

Good questions and there's no reply of course!!

There are so many lifestyle companies killing AIM now, it's hard to believe they can find a new batch of gullibles to buy each placing.

What company? I see no company here, certainly not a business by any stretch of the imagination.

PW73,"If the company knows it's going into administration imminently (as some here suggest) it would have to notify the court before a new hearing date is set."It "should" notify the court is more accurate. It may not necessarily do so. Therefore it does not mean the company is not going into administration.

You don't have to have a problem, don't reply. It's pretty easy for most to understand.

Your post said that it "meant" the co. wouldn't be in admin, not that the directors don't "anticipate" this outcome
Two rather different meanings, don't you agree?

That's the problem I have with your comment

I'm not quite sure what the issue is with my comment. If the company knows its going into administration imminently (as some here suggest) it would have to notify the court before a new hearing date is set. Once administrators are appointed NR's claim for compensation due to unfair dismal or loss of earnings would rank behind the secured creditors like Innovate UK and Santander. The hearing wouldn't go ahead because once in administration the directors are relieved of their executive duties and the administrators appointed by the High Court are in control of the company.

That a date has been set for 23/04/2025 suggests the directors do not anticipate the company will be in administration any time soon. How difficult is that to understand?

I’m sure the Registrar did a full Audit of VRS before setting the date 👀
