In athletics terms they done a false start, went off before the gun was fired. The gun has now been fired and VRS had to take off a split second after the gun otherwise two false starts and you get disqualified.

The Innovate repayment loan is due to start in February 2025. It is widely believed this will be extended further as the government has no interest in putting VRS into administration where it would receive nothing back and also the company is helping the UK meet its net zero targets.

I see VRS as being part of the 95% club, despite graphene being a nascent industry.

In athletics terms I think they peaked too soon, and are now struggling to survive financially whilst this nascent industry evolves and product sales commence in volume.

It is not there yet, and VRS have not only to survive, but have loans outstanding that need to be repaid. When does the Inovate loan repayment start?

Yes I did think there would be a floor but in the absence of material news the MM can push further down to give the impression the company is going bust so PIs head for the exit at ever increased losses. However the percentage fall is not something to worry about because the smaller the price the bigger the percentage swings either way down or up.

What we are awaiting is news. Now Companies House records show AAC Cyroma one of the mature businesses on 22/05/2024 has just satisfied an 11 year old charge with HSBC bank so it may be on its way to being sold.

speaking to someone from geic recently who told me the addition of graphene to concrete as part of the green agenda isnt setting the world on fire due to lots of other much cheaper and more efficient technologies - but 3d printing is the future.

are we still paying prompt and what have they done for us that we couldnt have done without them? is the c suite team taking a pay cut? what have we done positively in the last 6 months? its the same old questions!

My stance has not change. If they raise lower than the last placing (0.125p) I will admit I called this wrong from the date I started posting here. I also reiterate if they raise before August 2024 again I would also admit I called this wrong from the date I started posting here.

The only exception I would allow is if they raised specifically to clear the debt with Santander who have security over all their assets. I think it's about £1.2 million.

In the absence of any news these are just MM games enticing PIs to throw in the towel at ever lower levels.

In the finals the company said it had enough cash to last until the final quarter of the current year.

RNS 28/03/2024 - "Following the recent issue of 492 million shares at 0.125p per share, the Company has a bank balance of £0.8 million and headroom on its invoice discounting facilities of £0.1 million totalling £0.9 million. Nobody knows what all thoses little sachets contained when "they were sent away for testing" - probably some kind of fertiliser for golf courses grass to allow NR to be creative in his proper environnment.

How amazing this is as NR puzzle is now almost solved. "Gas" is the common denominator. One can imagine this scenario: CO2 emissions, "Saving the planet", eliminating greenhouse effect, all linked to "Gas Sensing solutions" and coupled with VRS gas collection in the field ! What a cunning rascal ! This will defintely take the market by storm as did the water cooled computers !
