Pwhite is getting busy choosing her next username. It'll spring into action as soon as that next placing is announced below the last one.

Any idiot would conclude why the share price is equal to zero. For 11 years, after hundreds RNS's, promises, plans and now turnaround stories, no material thing whatsoever has happened. Why are they still surviving is a mystery ! Their RNS specialist manages somehow to convince people to get deep into their pockets.
PWhites is now urging people "to take advantage of the depressed share price" in the other board. Apparently VRS curse is all to shorting and stock manipulation.
The RNS and turnaround brigades are working at full throttle to survive for a few more months.

The Graphene Council Theatre?! Is the play there a tragedy or comedy?

I am convinced he is part of the "turnaround brigade". "If we have spare cash" to throw away for the last 11 years ! This is why I also believe they even have a "RNS specialist", someone who writes chosen sentences aimed at getting into your wallet.
Every path leads to Rome, in our case, to people's pockets.

Didn't you see my question PW?

Since you're now openly giving financial advice PW, namely to buy VRS, perhaps you would be so kind as to inform us how many VRS shares YOU own?

Do you mean jointer? He, like all others, continues to average down on a daily basis. Albeit quietly.

Our very own Font has taken over from "thems in the know".

"CEO Stephen Hodge will talk about “Driving innovation: Versarien’s journey towards the commercialisation of graphene and related materials” at The Graphene Council Theatre"

I'm pretty sure we had a "year of commercialisation" some years ago.

Which reminds me, what happened to that forum contributor that was an oracle of information that used to post useless reams of cut'n'paste from the annual statements ?

Someone once said this won't go below the placing price. Which one you might ask? The last half dozen or the next one.

A fall in the share price is the natural and default direction of all AIM/small cap stocks. That is how companies, directors, brokers, nomads, shorters and spreadbet firms all enrich themselves at PIs expense.

Only a structural fundamental change in circumstances can reverse this trend. Versarien's ability to make commercial and profitable traction in the nascent graphene industry is what will reverse the trend for this stock.

If you have spare cash I would be inclined to take advantage of these low prices whilst shareholders await commercial news.

Have you suggested that before? And if so at what price? And what was the outcome of that suggestion?

As we can see, day after day, the "turnaround curse" is working nicely, taking the share price to under zero.

Read the RNS. 44 are working for Total Carbide and AAC Cyroma. These are onsite factory based employees not internet home workers.

"RNS 28/03/2024 - "It has reduced its employee base from 93 employees to 64 employees." I wonder where these 64 employees sit ? In a golf club, probably working remotely.

fuji99 - "In VRS case, the whole "financial excercice" consists of simply preparing every month 4 payslips"

That's the job of the payroll department not the CFO and I don't know where you've got your four employees from.

RNS 28/03/2024 - "It has reduced its employee base from 93 employees to 64 employees. It is seeking to sell its mature businesses which employ 42 staff which would leave 22 staff in its core technology business."

Your post #18791 is a political argument which is out of my remit.

Let's talk about what they call "CO2 emissions". What a small island like UK would affect when the likes of China, India, Russia and the US are polluting the atmpsphere on a non-stop basis ? While all this is happening the poor europeans are paying the price via high taxes and numerous restrictions in all domains - Oil exploration becoming the culprit while the saudis et al are pumping like hell. Imagine someone trying to hide in his cabine while the boat is sinking ! This is exactly the picture I see on this topic.

PWhite: "Any company on a cost cutting programme creates additional work for the finance department ..." - What finance department do you mean if there is no factory, no employees, nothing around ? In VRS case, the whole "financial excercice" consists of simply preparing every month 4 payslips one for the guy called CEO, one for the other called CFO a third for the RNS specialist, a cunning convincing chap with a degree in deception, and last but not least a fourth for probably the external sentinel called PWhite. The whole process is sharing the proceeds of every raise - all remotely done from home of course, with a glass of champagne and a sarcastic laugh on the poor zombies still paying. Simple as that.

VRS themselves don't influence CO2 emissions but the companies they hope to sell their products to do. Concrete is responsible for 8% of global CO2 emissions. It is the most commonly used substance after water. This is why the construction industry has been targeted by governments.

There is a huge global market out there for VRS if it can make the right connections. This is why their presence at construction conferences and exhibitions is a necessity. They need to get their name out there and presence known at this most crucial of times.

PWhite: Do you really think that a microscopic company without revenues and employees and with huge losses and debt, will influence CO2 emissions whatsoever ? One single cow in the field is climate friendly than VRS toilets. Why ? Because after every raise, they have to work on the next one leading to non-stop visits to release themselves in the toilets.

fuji99 - "a CFO works harder when there is no employee left."

The CFO's workload is not linked to the number of employees its linked to the financial changes that have taken place over the course of the year. Any company on a cost cutting programme creates additional work for the finance department and a lot of it too as subsidiaries are shut down, staff are laid off and contracts with clients are terminated.
