31/12/2017 17:14 | superg1, thanks for the reminder, I used to enter that one every year but somehow forgot last year, now sorted for 2018. | realcooltrader
31/12/2017 16:53 | I've picked 5 (won't mention them) obviously include VRS having been through a few hundred Aim shares in the last few days. There aren't that many exciting ones about. I did come across a site for tips fun and it has a load of useful easy view info on it and you can see what other PIs have picked. 615 companies picked for 2018 | superg1
31/12/2017 16:35 | Shavian - just gives us a chance to accumulate more shares cheap before the sheeples arrive... | club sandwich
31/12/2017 13:44 | what's the point of taking a punt on any other graphene company unless they have the credentials, science, management and customers of VRS? If you own VRS stock you already have a stake in what could very easily be one of the giants of the graphene age... | club sandwich
31/12/2017 13:12 | Cheers for that luminoso | ramellous
31/12/2017 13:03 | I think you will find this is our link to the CPI. RNS from september | luminoso
31/12/2017 12:54 | I couldn't see anything on Vrs website, but think I heard Neil on one of the podcasts mention links with Durham. I wondered if he had links with the Centre for process innovation which is local to me. | ramellous
31/12/2017 12:35 | No mention in the Times 2018 share tips either. Has anyone scanned the “red tops? | ridicule
31/12/2017 12:18 | Sand I was just speculating they may try to float it down the line on the back of graphene hype as and when it comes. | superg1
31/12/2017 12:10 | Club that's a great advert for few layer graphene only works with 2 layers. | 20pc
31/12/2017 12:00 | No mention of Versarien in the Sunday Telegraph 2018 share tips. | ridicule
31/12/2017 11:51 | phoenixs, It's a private company anyway. | sandbag
31/12/2017 11:45 | Superg1. City analyst plus accountant with an AIM company...would not touch it. Fraught with danger | phoenixs
31/12/2017 11:07 | by 'the armour bit' I assume you mean this (or similar)? | club sandwich
31/12/2017 10:10 | They look like a company hoping to use graphene for the products they suggest not produce it. I get the armour bit but harvesting electricity from clouds and lightening is a bit off the chart. 2 guys, one an ex city analyst and he other an accountant. So I can't help wonder of it's a city boy looking to jump in on graphene hype float it and cash in etc. Others have been doing the armour bit as will be revealed in time. | superg1
31/12/2017 10:03 | Combining graphene with aerogel? Graphene composites Ltd at Netpark.. Any ideas? | ramellous
31/12/2017 09:40 | I live just up the road from Netpark in Sedgefield near Durham. Seems graphene is being developed here through Durham University I've been watching the building referred to in the link being put up. Versarian have a link to this too is that right? | ramellous
31/12/2017 08:45 | Perpetuus were referred to the ASA a year or two ago, regarding their graphene adverts - but the complaint was dismissed. Unfortunately the wording of the complaint was careless and the company was able to steer the argument away from the point the the complainant intended, and the ASA fell for that diversion. | grabster
31/12/2017 08:03 | Not surprised that even Googlemaps couldn't find it. It's in a grubby little estate on the fringe of Ammanford (a one-horse town, but the horse died last year). A few miles away lies Haydale, which unlike Perpetuus looked pretty busy on my pre-Christmas flyby | shavian
31/12/2017 07:38 | Shav: Thanks for that. Looked on Google maps couldn't for life of me find it. 4, Parc Amanwy, New Rd, Ammanford SA18 3EZ | laginaneil
31/12/2017 00:44 | Laginaneil: I drove past the Perpetuus site in Ammanford a month ago. It was not totally derelict, I think there was a caretaker. But it was not exastly buzzing with graphene. An ex-competitor in my opinion. | shavian
30/12/2017 22:27 | The conclusion I've drawn is, the more I hear about Twitter in connection with this company, the more disheartened I get. | festario
30/12/2017 21:25 | NR liked this tweet of mine - and then a few hours later *retweeted* it. Draw your own conclusions... "@versarien looking forward to 2018 being the year #VRS gets big, fast. If @neillricketts thought there were deals close to being signed before Christmas, which didn't arrive, would expect to hear about them early in the NY. And then more deals ;-) Go team VRS!" | club sandwich |
