Took 5 attempts to get a mere 1000 shares on HL just now - looks like the tide is turning! Thanks to the scumbags for keeping the price low enough until extra funds finally came through for me this morning. Strongly disapprove of your low-life tactics but you've helped me increase my holding. Now let's see that share price rerate to where it belongs based on the broad, strong fundamentals that all lths know are being firmly put in place by the company. Confidently anticipating significant game-changing deals rolling in here - as already stated, you either believe it or you don't and should stop whining & deal accordingly - GLALTHs!

While China is making progress....albeit slowly. It would also be important for VRS to continue focusing on commercialisation with others global players! More news on global cooperation/sales taking place and hence the risk diversification will make investor feel comfortable!!

no he doesn't - he has somewhere around 10% (or he did, unless he's been selling some...). Last time I checked 10% was not a 'majority'. If someone wanted to buy VRS, and offered a price the other 90% of s'holders found attractive, there would be nothing Ricketts could do.

It may not be worth suing someone for libel or slander, but surely it is possible to add a retraining order to prevent them repeating any false allegations.

A hostile bid is presumably not possible as NR holds the significant, if not the majority of shares. He has never given any indication that he would be prepared to give up his majority and if he did I would expect it to be for very positive reasons for VRS and its shareholders. For these reasons I would say a take over is OFF the cards. He does need to give a personal statement explaining his disappearance off Twitter though
