FF - the estimated cost of HS2 is £307m per *mile*. So plenty for signalling gantries, track-side futniture etc.

Not that VRS will be around to see it.

Scant consolidation I know, but away from VRS I got mullered on IOF and GAN today.These are both cash generative and profitable businesses with low market capitalisations.So if they are getting battered, stocks like VRS don't stand a chance.
