11/2/2020 08:52 | Those who were suckered into buying at the 145p fund raise have now lost well over 2/3 of the value of their investment. If I were them I'd be FURIOUS!!! | ![]() club sandwich
11/2/2020 08:51 | Log: re your: 'I suspect one reason for that is redundancy payments at the legacy business.' PLEASE SUPPLY EVIDENCE that people are being let go at VRS or is this yet another one of your slimy unsupported claims. | ![]() spike_1
11/2/2020 08:51 | "Scrutable even with all your years of experience you have been hoodwinked again. How is VRS into a 20 year cycle with only £1.3M left to fund itself???" cloudon, I wouldn't pay any mind to Scrutable. I think the senile dementia has kicked in - he thinks VRS are in a 15-20 year delivery cycle, when the CEO has clearly and repeatedly said otherwise. Who knows best, I wonder? | ![]() club sandwich
11/2/2020 08:51 | Hermingorring, rainbow, loglorry1, Nico - you all claim not to hold shares in VRS. Yet, you spend all day, seven days a week on this bulletin board - this seems to be your full time job. The only scam that I see going on, is you guys. Clearly you are here to make money. | franksan
11/2/2020 08:48 | I bet non of these negative distracted keyboard warriors would ever dream or show commitment and turn up for an AGM/EGM and voice their worrying concerns about their investment! Keep the faith or sell up....simple! | ![]() smythe2

11/2/2020 08:44 | Maybe vrs aren't aware that they're running out of cash. Somebody should tell them. | ![]() rainbow23
11/2/2020 08:42 | I still can't quite believe that VRS thought that yesterday's RNS was a good idea. Failing to clarify the €750k payment position to Gnanomat was an act of madness. If it was made, then why hide it? If it wasn't made, why not let shareholders know as it is so material to cash burn calculations? In the latter case, the only logical answer is that VRS didn't want to reveal that information because it might hurt the share price. That, in itself, is exactly why VRS comes in for the criticism that it does. Shareholders should be informed via RNS, not DISCORD groups or on Twitter. Just tell the truth in a clear and transparent manner. | ![]() loglorry1

11/2/2020 08:41 | I see the usual detractors are up and about this morning spouting their usual drivel and lies. They are desperate to push the share price down and scare people into selling their shares, for their own selfish gains. Excellent post from Simon Templer junior btw. Well worth the read, explains all very clearly. Hold tight. They are not getting any of my shares. | cappy10
11/2/2020 08:39 | Some have posted here saying I post too much. I suspect if I was ramping the shares higher they'd applaud it. I make no apologies. I've been warning people about investing here since prices were 150p+. If anyone listened to me they'd have saved a fortune and not been sucked in to what is clearly a huge stock promotion. If nothing else ask yourself why if Neill is willing to take £2.5m in share sales and salary out of VRS you should support it by buying shares? Why is Neill or other board members not buying here in size? | ![]() loglorry1
11/2/2020 08:36 | Out in force again I see. Best thing to do is steer clear of the idle chatter and all the fairy theories. Let the company continue its work. | ![]() fireball xl5
11/2/2020 08:31 | Morning everyone The fall today still values VRS at a huge premium to peers and is far too high for a company with a failing legacy business and an unproven graphene business that is burning cash. About that cash burn. Given that the company has again failed to update the market on the €750k loan to Gnano it was meant to make last year, it's a fair assumption that it was not made. Given that it was not then clearly cash burn is up to close to £300k/month not the c£200k the FD stated in his podcast. I suspect one reason for that is redundancy payments at the legacy business. Clearly continued non delivery of graphene sales and cash burn will require a raise soon. This, like BIDS, is turning into a typical AIM jam tomorrow that has failed to deliver. The jam is going mouldy. | ![]() loglorry1
11/2/2020 08:29 | If you released a statement that is designed to calm cash flow concerns that contains several bits of miss information then clearly the share price will continue to fall.I pointed out and sought reassurance that the 18 month call from the FD looked highly optimistic. If your cash is disappearing at a rate of £1 million every four months it is fairly obvious to see when cash will run out.Companies that indicate they will survive based on their facilities are quite frankly deluded. The facility will be dependent upon several factors including the share price remaining stable. It is also worth noting that at the current rate the facility will only last a further three months. | ![]() philbyk35
11/2/2020 08:28 | Vrs "is not aware of any material basis for the decline ". How about failure to deliver any revenues and a dwindling cash pile? | ![]() rainbow23
11/2/2020 08:27 | Scrutable even with all your years of experience you have been hoodwinked again. How is VRS into a 20 year cycle with only £1.3M left to fund itself??? Ricketts needs to produce the multi million revenue earning deal he has alluded to for the past 12 months. Otherwise bucket shop lenders will have their pound of flesh, and it won't be in the 40s | cloudone
11/2/2020 08:25 | That's a completely false Fest and one should immediately withdraw such an accusation. AIM companies create value but not necessarily for the prescribed people. | ![]() fireball xl5

11/2/2020 08:19 | Morning Scrutable. 99% of AIM companies create no value either. This one for example. | ![]() festario
11/2/2020 08:17 | nyboy I am feeling philosophical this morning as there is absolutely nothing to say on Versarien,. which is new What an outrageous piece of Trumpian type fake proposition in your last post. ".....Both bulls and bears are in the same game to create value". It is arguable that even bulls don't create value - they leverage price up wards by increasing information truthfully or synthetically and increasing the downward risk, but Bears definitely destroy value and are a complete menace to society when addressing small shares - exceot when they illuminate wrong doing or negative factors in the appraisal of a company. They CAN do good by damping speculative pressures created by over excited or dishonest bulls. Otherwise there would be more pressure to ban them as criminals. They NEVER create value. | ![]() scrutable |
