Here is a very simple question for you.

Would you, as a shareholder, like to know what the revised terms are for Gnanomat acquisition? They are clearly not what they were when first announced.

Would you like to know if the €750K loan payment was made, especially since this gives a much better appreciation of cash burn at VRS?

If the answer to either of those questions is 'no', then the third question must be, why do you NOT want to know?

Log, There is no evidence of the sort.

The reason for ceasing engagement (every VRS staff member has gone quiet), could just as easily be because massive news is imminent and it's been deemed appropriate to go into total lock down.

It is also entirely possible, that the VRS management team simply got fed up of people pretending to be shareholders trying to prod and poke for market sensitive information (that was never forthcoming) by duplicitous means. Ultimately, I understand the VRS management team have been genuinely surprised how low some elements have stooped to try and damage VRS and provoke trouble.

Ultimately Log, you know nothing and are simply spouting guesswork to suit your obvious agenda.

An unbelievably simple question: There are - at most - a handful of posters on this thread, some with multiple identities, who post incessantly about VRS - always totally negatively - you need to ask yourself - WHY ?

That is the simple question. They clearly don't invest in VRS .... so I ask again: Why do they post - especially loglorry 20 posts since 8 a.m. today alone.

There can ONLY be one reason: they need the price to go down: WHY ? There can Only be one reason: they or their masters are short, and they make money by bringing the price down. It really is that simple.

Bottom line: If you sell - they win.

all the evidence suggests that Neill was forced to stop using social media. Anyone rational would conclude that. You think that the DISCORD group revelation and the Twitter 33% company offer went unnoticed?

Oh yes, there's another instance where Versarien were forced to update the market via RNS. The 33% company offer disclosed on Twitter. So up to 4 instances now.

that grant started in 2016 and the project ended 30th Nov 2018, so they probably spent most of the grant before VRS took over.

It seems you have assumed that it's perfectly acceptable for you to apply total guesswork and suggest that Neill was censored or did anything wrong, with no evidence to back it up, but if someone else expresses an opinion or makes an assumption, you state it's a lie or a load of rubbish.

One could conclude that the Chinese inward investment is now very close which we know Versarien always wanted to involve PIs and IIs. This is a type of 'fundraise' but as it could well be at a huge premium, give a 15% cash injection whilst opens the door to China so its likely to be a very attractive fundraise.
