In short for me I stopped researching VRS, there is no point. No point because they are absolutely flooded with interest from big names and it will just roll out as and when, be it next week next month and for many weeks, months and years of new names new deals and new revenue as time goes on.

As the deals start to unfold the funds of much greater stature than Miton and Herald will roll in on the back of it.

The noise about share price up and down, false information and the rest is just nonsense, in terms of what VRS have ahead of them.

It really is unacceptable that the scumbag crew repeatedly get way with fraud.

My view of the big picture. Applying Moore's law to speed of change is why I think brakes are on. But just my theory.

Such funds

Quite interesting reading about them which will explain to PIs why shares get over-looked.

This one in particular goes on about research fees up, thus research thinly spread. They hunt for under-valued companies missed by the market compared to prospects stating that many go un-researched.

Talking of the micro cap fund they say shares with Market caps as low as £250 mill, on some occasions as low as £150 mill.


Puts it into perspective doesn't it.

That one has a general limit of £250 mill market cap but will venture as low as £150 mill.

To PIs they are fliers to the major funds they are absolute minnows.

That is the Micro cap fund.

They sit, they wait to see growth and then they move. So if VRS on growth and revenue hit £250 mill plus it sits firmly in the window of the £250 mill 'limit'

Those type of funds that are being spoken to in the roadshows. Hence to me, when the BIGT drops in so will they as that is a de-risk point they look for.

The Berenberg guy gave me CWR and it's £80 mill funding as a de-risk example for instis to invest.
