Cookie jug some people are just jumping onto things without any researchMost of the LTH have done the VRS research and are in.People who jump and tend to trade don't usually make lots of money though it is possible to make some sometimes and I repeat sometimes. But generally when you follow VRS you will see some people who ramp here then ramp on another share and then ramp on another etcThey then will either go quiet or make some comments that question the direction.It's obvious they trade and take position before commenting.Anyone who looks at revenues alone and comments hasn't researched the share and it makes you wonder why they comment. It's obvious they are looking to make moneySome keyboard warriors just like to cause arguments due to their lack of social skills too What do I know tho it's only my opinion. BTW I have researched and I am happy with my LTH stake in case you wondered or doubted I know nooothing

As yet no new ones have appeared.

In news since the IPO 11 months ago they have not said they are in advanced stages of talks. You can bet your life they would say so if they were.

What they do keep saying is well received, liked etc.

What thy do keep going on about is expanding the staff and spending on tech to meet large scale.

So they couldn't meet large scale then up to April 2019 and then out of the blue they seem to need virus and malware protection. Surely that would have been sorted all sorted before IPO ???

So the investors are waiting for the big hits yet they don't say they are in advanced stages as in the broker note on IPO.


So far the note has been a complete pile of BS.

BIDS I'm going to keep rattling on.

Its about reading the info and considering what you have at the moment is a highly positive company trying to get backing with cash.

So my point about revenue.

The note said 24 live games then 42 by year end to show the numbers it used for the forecast. They are way off those numbers with 9.

But more importantly they told everyone in April that forecasts were not going o be met. H2 weighted more marked than previously thought means H1 miss.

The numbers used for the fairest v the actual show 9 games instead of 24 but Dirt R was mentioned s not kicking in until late Q2 so 8 v 24.

The note says no need for fund raises cash positive October 2019.

However slotted in the April results

We expect to continue to be cash negative in the second half of 2019 as our strategic focus remains on the continued development of our software platform alongside our product offering.

"Continue to expect" yet the note says cash positive in October.

I think I see the risk/reward the same as everyone else. In the short term a Chinese deal is imperative and seems to be the only thing which would justify an increase in MC...most of the other deals are priced in. I'm sure major news re AECOM or similar would see the share price move, but not by a huge sustained amount.

I believe NR said he 'expected' a deal by the AGM so imho it's binary...either a china deal by then and MC goes skyward or no major news and it tanks. It seems to me a deal could happen next week, next month next year or never, and I've factored that into the amount I hold.


As NR has implied deadlines which didn't happen before I'm more skeptical about them these days - AECOM is the obvious case where he stated there should be an update in the first quarter, which we all took at calendar, and when it didn't happen he said he meant financial. Reminds me of the scene in Music and Lyrics where the band said they were bigger than the Beatles and when challenged clarified the it was because they had 5 members.

And the risks to the a Chinese deal? Who knows? They appear to have the authorities involved, which is a requirement for foreign investment/manufacturing so good signs. The risk? We know china, and other countries, can manufacture graphene, all with different grades & specs, so how much of VRS's graphene do they actually need? And what are the margins?
