I am nothing like a chartist but if we get symmetry on the way down I can't see any support until we get to 60p. I'm certainly not hanging around for that debacle as it may well considerably overshoot on the downside.What isn't in doubt is that there are still a lot of sellers out there and nothing from the company to stop them. News will come much too late for many whose principal need is to protect capital. Very disappointing.

Though I know what you mean. If NDAs truly exist here they are not as discreetly enforced as they could be. And that could be damaging.

I have never seen a company with information pyramid becoming a gruyere cheese, where all sort of information is flying around in all directions via tweets, guesses and propheties. Someone somewhere is slowly digging the grave of VRS.

Whatever the strict legalities re NDA's, contracts etc., from a mass market product makers position, when being able to launch with words like "New" and "Hi-tech", let alone "Revolutionary", from behind closed doors is important, I would guess that a supplier who enabled a sub contractor to leak could be in the frame.

Hopefully no harm done, and perhaps little time to go anyway, but immediate removal says something. Not pointing at anyone here - up for months and nothing said - amazing! Ditto AECOM material. Curse of the internet!

Nevertheless, that looked pretty impressive. The market for intelligent wearables will be huge. A shirt that can monitor your heart rate and shoes that can monitor distance.....pretty mind blowing stuff.

tmoon, if it's on their website then it's in the public domain. The problem (if there is one) is entirely with Pear Design Studio. Was there some NDA they signed? These people are professionals and should know better than to release something onto a webpage if it shouldn't be "live".

Well that's caused a bit of a stir. My thoughts before posting the Design Studio info were that if it was on their web site for all to see then it was already in the public domain and unlikely to be sensitive. If not the case then apologies to VRS.

used browser history tab to access Pear pages and yes VRS related now removed.

Suggests Nike is a current 'topic' for VRS, and also that either they are closely monitoring this BB or someone has this morning sent an email to Pear that has prompted this response.
