25/10/2018 18:44 | Jdubya Posts: 254 Opinion: Strong Buy Price: 112.50 RE: Superg & friendsToday 14:44I have just had this response from the compliance team at IG..... "To confirm, your assets are categorically not used for short selling. IG do not rehypothecate client assets, including your stock, without prior permission. The same applies to the nominee with which your stock is held and traded with, as this is still held as client assets in accordance with the relevant protections this entails. Your shares are held in a segregated client accounts under nominee arrangements with approved custodians. This means that they’re easily identifiable as client assets and, as with cash, IG and its creditors don’t have any charge, liens, or rights of set-off or retention over them. Your shares may be pooled with other clients’ shares, but never with shares owned by IG. In order for IG’s custodian broker to have the right to use your stock, permission from IG would be required. This is never given." | ![]() luckyorange

25/10/2018 18:21 | Morning trade cost £139569.19. Afternoon cost £141569.29. £2000 give or take 10p. A strange coincidence? Possibly it was a sell morning, buy back afternoon. Cost £2k | lse999
25/10/2018 18:11 | jointer I'd agree if it had been a round 125k but 125,006 seems rather an odd number to buy back... | ![]() woodpeckers

25/10/2018 17:58 | squire, would agree except that you might have expected him/her to have used the proceeds from the sale in the morning to have bought back in the afternoon (ie have accepted less shares).... | ![]() woodpeckers
25/10/2018 17:56 | Squire, can't be that... you wouldn't get back the identical number of shares back again, you'd get about 3% less. | ![]() festario
25/10/2018 17:49 | To mee that is someone bailing out this morning hoping to get them back cheaper, but gave up and paid 1.6p more .... plonker :-) | ![]() squire007

25/10/2018 17:43 | By the first I meant the 1 this morning. The second I meant the 1 this afternoon. I should have said | chimpandy1
25/10/2018 17:42 | Both look like buys to me. The first definitely was as the sell price was way below 110 at that time. The second also looks like a buy because if you look at the 2 buys between the time stamp (ignore the 2 late reports) the share price goes up by nearly 2p. | chimpandy1
25/10/2018 17:39 | Those last two (late posting) trades are interesting... | ![]() axotyl
25/10/2018 17:38 | It looks like a buy in the morning and a sell in the afternoon, but thats just a guess | occultusverum1
25/10/2018 17:37 | 1st looks like a buy 2nd like a sell and they are same amount of shares so I expect it's a rollover with anomalous delay on declaration. That or someone got cold feet :) | ![]() clint fleecewood
