4 municipalities (Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Chongqing),
5 autonomous regions (Guangxi, Inner Mongolia, Tibet, Ningxia, Xinjiang)
2 special administrative regions (Hong Kong, Macau).

I did note a really odd post re his I think it was on IQE. I have him as the type of guy that would say, yep I'm right behind you 100% of the way, move forth. Then 5 mins later he is gone for good.

But to address the point.

Then there is the not so small matter of the holders voting for or against it. Part of the director options are about upping their voting power for that reason. I know I had that conversation long back.

The votes needed for a T/O is 75%. I believe the directors hold about 15% of that and in 10 mins I could find 10% plus via PIs. Then there are the fair value rules which would take into account all the things we can't see.

But then 'the Chinese' is I have learned from following VRS are NOT 'the Chinese'

It seems the Chinese are a number of provinces all intent on battling with each other to get the best this and that, the best growth and so on. Such success for the politicians brings promotion. So you will have a number wanting graphene valley or one or more demanding exclusivity which will cost them more.

Post the 1 China deal which is Shandong province it was said they are not the only ones there showing interest. A few months later provinces and Chinese companies have grown to 24 and I suspect higher since that was said.

Then take in the DIT stance which is clear, they want VRS to be a British growth story creating jobs and revenue.

NR and others with him have been through the door at number 10 a few times. Welsh gov too, AIM HQ too lunches and so on.

Crunk, I used to enjoy some rudimentary paragliding: ridge soaring and hovering! Witnessed quite a few accidents so would only fly in stable conditions. I do some fixed wing flying but very little of that these days.
