11/9/2018 13:28 | could the Haydale material be functionalised Nanene? | ![]() davemac3

11/9/2018 13:22 | I messaged Amiblu's UK Technical Sales contact (the company for whom Haydale's material didn't work as expected). My wording wasn't in the form of a question, but if she replies I will report. She's only been with the company a few months so might not have been up to speed on alternative suppliers, as the Haydale thing was obviously in play before she arrived. | ![]() grabster

11/9/2018 12:40 | don't Haydale work with VRS now? | ![]() davemac3
11/9/2018 12:36 | Super, perhaps Haydale would be better off dealing with VRS? At least then their customers would get a real product, similarly might be a few extra contacts for VRS (not that we need them) | ![]() sonsonnyjim
11/9/2018 12:29 | I wondered why Haydale had dropped and see that their planned enhancement of pipes for water didn't perform as expected. I wonder what they used in it, perhaps they went for. Cheap option which is cheap for very good reason. One issue with functionalising in some methods is that it damages the platelets and weakens them. | ![]() superg1
11/9/2018 12:21 | I don't understand these sells going through just about 174pEven now I can sell up to 30k shares for 175.5p, always could. | ![]() festario
11/9/2018 12:20 | Fair enough Anley, very wise to keep a check on competitors. Agreed standards will take the 'wild west' out of this industry and hopefully vrs will be in leading position. They seem the only firm to be publically welcoming standards, latest was neills tweet re BSI publication last week. The silence is deafening from elsewhere ! Enjoy your week, especially where you dwell upon future share price of vrs ! Aimo. Best ellis | ![]() ellissj

11/9/2018 12:02 | Right, I'm going out soon. Let's hope we get a repeat of what happened yesterday when I was incommunicado for an hour or so ;-) Whatever has leaked / whatever the speculation is, wonder if it's reached the US? If it has I'd expect to see some buying when America comes online... | ![]() club sandwich
11/9/2018 11:56 | Lovat That's what I take has happened, they let it run a bit then chuck in a loaf or a few slices. They Let them quack and run around for while then feel sorry for them and offer some bread. I'm not so sure Miton are in that game at the moment, they may hold what they have for now. Katie I believe had around 2.6 loaves going into August. If she was busy with the Hovis (other brands are available) in August then I wouldn't be surprised if she is on her last loaf now. I took the late reports to be a few slices yesterday. I did note Singer popped onto the offer for no obvious reason yesterday afternoon. Singer are the ones that have gorged themselves on bread from Katie in recent months. | ![]() superg1
11/9/2018 11:55 | ELLISj.........I only post these as I feel all those who post and read on this BB should know what is going on in the world of Graphene. In the case of First Graphene I met the Chairman this year in Berlin and came away with the impression that not all was what it seemed. My London broker (one you can speak to) told me a little of the past history of pumping and dumping in OX and that is when SuperG confirmed to me that he to had a good look at that and Talga who claimed they were another organisation working with Cambridge Uni. Nevertheless FG do have one product which may be efficient so we can leave it at that. All of us need to be aware of either good or indifferent competition and this is the big reason why the IOS is required - in my view sooner rather than later. If our countries want to have there own then so be it but eventually it will be only one but that may take years to come about. Miton and Herald have little stock left and if I were the Company Secretary I would be serving them disclosure notices under the Companies Act to declare just what they have left.........that costs little to do but VRS are under no obligation to make that information public. I was taught "no your enemy" and in the case of Graphene that should be very important as the market is developing very fast with vast sums of US & Chines capital available.......this is fast becoming a war as to who will dominate the world market and for once GB plc is making the right moves. What's it all worth as I sit here having bought as far back as November 2016? That is the $64k question and its not £2 but somewhere much much higher.............. All have a pleasant weekend. | ![]() anley |
