29/6/2018 23:19 | Matt is pumped up today. Another untriguing week passes. I see Nigel Laughton is talking a VRS charity golf day. I'd take Kempster as a caddie but he'd lie re the yardage every shot, he wouldn't be able to stop himself. | ![]() superg1
29/6/2018 23:04 | Scrutable I took on board what you said about rules to find genuine high returns companies. Quiet BBs as one of the rules. This one fitted all the rules and in the as many products as possible worldwide coverage category probably hit more options than all AIM companies put together pre graphene and advanced materials. So big fat ticks in all boxes and a fantastic team in charge. Imo if I am looking to invest with risk in the AIM and don't invest in this, then I may as well forget AIM completely and jog on. | ![]() superg1
29/6/2018 22:50 | superg If this is a love in? I reciprocate I love your own, confident, exuberant, indefatigable posts based on real research and discovery. They have been of immense help to me. You must be misreading me. I have never met NR , but am very impressed at second hand from the judgments of others, not least, yourself. I specifically wrote that I had enormous respect for the man. I now add: particularly for his persistence and integrity in the shark infested business world, but that does not mean that i fear he will not examine suggestions from a well meaning source. The global engineering groups for which I worked did also missed out and did not exact down-payments for IP licences. They too could have followed the Pharmaceuticals, though they did negotiate that all the development they did in improving the licensed product was credited to them to set off against royalties they were due to pay. The Pharmaboys are to be congratulated on maximising the yield from IP, whilst the UK generally is diffident and sells its IP crown jewels below long term value to anyone offering a tiny premium to the technically unappreciative. Have you not noticed how many stockbrokers and analysts glaze over when one introduces them to something strange and outside their experience like 2-D materials, isotopes of vanadium in liquid batteries(RED-T), 3D printing, mega data transfer to the cloud (WAND), nano dots on display screens, etc. Until the UK government emulates the EU in supporting and protecting IP, the UK which leads Europe in its contribution to Science and Innovation will continue to see its long term assets drain away to the USA, Japan and China. | ![]() scrutable
29/6/2018 22:11 | I will bow to your superior knowledge and attitude luckykids, looks like a rollover reported late but you know best and I accept that . | ![]() luckyorange
29/6/2018 22:03 | Lucky when you roll over a spread bet nothing is done in the market it is between you and the spread betting company. The spread bet company continues to hold the shares continually. I think you need to do some homework | ![]() luckykids

29/6/2018 20:42 | Full weekends googling in this lot - check out all the sub links - Our ink is going to feature very soon in this exploding & varied market methinks Wouldnt be surprised to see more product partnerships featuring the likes of Merck & Dupont - On top of the likely Merck/Flexenable tie up already in place Maybe this is why our boys are so happy at the mo - Just gets better | ![]() pcjoe
29/6/2018 20:37 | Lucky if you think the last two trades are a rollover for a penny they need a new broker. | ![]() luckykids
29/6/2018 20:24 | super I like that ....a probable fact | ![]() mj10
29/6/2018 20:05 | Last two 'trades' on VRS are a roll over, would be interesting to know how many mill are invested in spreadbets (mostly for tax reasons I would think). . Some biggish trades going both ways so all good to look at. | ![]() luckyorange
29/6/2018 19:41 | nellyb sadly NR never replied. I believe that however difficult it may be to pin down global licences for cash NR is missing a trick - and so is that brilliant UK global leader CWR in the fuel cell technology race. Maybe the sale of Application licences, as is common in Pharmaceuticals and BioPharma, is is not the regular way they go about it in Engineering or Electronics OXB has this year sold IP licences to three separate collaborators for specific applications: childhood Leukemia, Haemophilia, and Parkinson's disease for $10m,$5m and $30m respectively in addition to as much as x20 times larger sums as future royalties. I am not in the least critical of NR. Others wish to marry him, sanctify him,and worship him. I admire his integrity and foresight and simply wish to help him as many others do. I am not all that mobile at 90, but would gladly try to make it to any exhibition stand or conference he attends in London - most likely the AGM | ![]() scrutable
29/6/2018 19:35 | NY boy has been filtered by me for ages. In fact I seem to recall he was called New Amsterdam boy then. | ![]() sandbag
29/6/2018 19:26 | Sandbag A probable fact based on 9 years of intense following of threads and recognising the usual over-gearing type. It had a 50% flash dive and 30% intraday moves. That's not a negative, I'm just pointing out a likely contribution to that. HVO had a similar issue for a few days recently NY boy is obviously a pump dump type on VRS and Tern it seems. | ![]() superg1
29/6/2018 19:20 | "unfortunately over-geared punters have caused some large intraday moves." Is this a fact or your impression? | ![]() sandbag
29/6/2018 18:37 | Odd post of the day. I forget the posters name. Asking for honest comments re VRS and then calls TERN a boiler room scam. I have my own view re TERN but to call it a boiler room scam seems absurd and completely contradicts honest comment imo. TERN is where it is due to PI interest and unfortunately over-geared punters have caused some large intraday moves. On the VRS question, DYOR or read Mikes reports which will save 100's of hours. For the DYOR bit by now there should be over 300,000 science papers on the topic, so plenty to choose from. However as for legimate independent documented proof and details of performance gains then add 2D tech or Versarien to the search bar if you want hits. | ![]() superg1
