23/3/2017 10:44 | SG1 I agree in your line of thinking and 'joining of the dots' - It's looking more and more likely that we may 'cross the chasm' - that's for TP - in the specialist ink field. But then I think you know that already............ | vasilis
23/3/2017 10:18 | Hmmm I don't know if I forgot or just missed it. Mark Shepherd ex XAAR now MD at Cambridge graphene was also the acting CEO at 2D tech before VRS acquired it. | superg1
23/3/2017 10:09 | Hunting around for Cambridge ink I came across the XAAR results. I imagine based on such results and general malaise for their business that they would be keen to exploit emerging related opportunities like graphene ink. EDIT Doh That wasn't intentional I just forgot as I was typing. The Cambridge graphene guy MD and VRS shareholder Mark Shepherd was the founder of XAAR. It seems pretty much nailed on to me with their circs and the connection that XAAR will be on the Graphene ink list of customers. | superg1
23/3/2017 09:26 | It is that time of year and I had a couple of dogs in my portfolio that I finally decided to ditch and take a hit. My mind is clearer now and the proceeds have been invested in VRS. Dogs hardly ever come back to life and I think that VRS will more than make up for it over the future years. I must admit, my head seems clearer after that tidy up. | rogerbridge
23/3/2017 08:17 | Talking of real deals AGM year end soon. Sweepstake anyone on revenue? I'll go for £40k of sales. Loss £3.5 mill to £4 mill. They didn't say anything on revenue in the year end update, so imo if sales had been over the previous £70k they would have done a 3 page rns on it if it was now £80k. If they didn't get any grants (I haven't looked) that would knock overall revenue too. If sales are low how are they going to explain the product launch lie news. Revenue for that would be very low anyway. Amazing really that they never withdrew the lies and the nomad did nothing to correct it. I imagine the main fund holders are oblivious to the lies. They are lies I'll post that all day long without fear. Century the customer told me it was untrue. | superg1
23/3/2017 08:03 | Well at least we know VRS has the absolute real deal, enough said really. | hastings
23/3/2017 08:00 | Shavian They sell the plasma machines too I didn't look but assume some revenue will be the US silicon whisker revenue. EG VRS sales will jump between £4-£5 mill per year because we acquired AAC. So looking at the number cruncher sites VRS revenue will mysteriously accelerate when that fully kicks in. | superg1
23/3/2017 07:58 | Good to listen to Shavian, looks like the collaborations not working out at the moment but interest building in the US, don't know why they are putting a resin in the ink? | luckyorange
23/3/2017 07:50 | superg1/johnhenry, at least the parasites are not involved any longer. | phoenixs
23/3/2017 07:32 | New Directors Talk interview with Ray Gibbs of Haydale:http://www.d | shavian
22/3/2017 22:42 | superG another name to had to that list is Darwin. | john henry
22/3/2017 22:19 | BTW IMO steer clear of any AIM stock that the absolute equity fund has a holding in. If they have bought discounted at any time and the share price starts to dip get out, especially if the thoughts are a fund raise is on the way. | superg1
22/3/2017 22:12 | jh I assume some Primarybid and we are near financial year end CGT time 30 days etc. Then throw in a few traders we must have picked up. In big supply terms the options are pretty thin on the ground now. Churn is good, imagine there wasn't any and it flew off into the 30's with all the buying there has been. Better the PI stake builders get them down here then chase a price all over the place The best thing is Crawford and his games are over. I did look back at the 10p fund raise and he took 4 mill then. As for this recent one best I shut up about what is rumoured to have gone on. | superg1
22/3/2017 20:36 | SuperG Whats your opinion on the selling we are seeing,a few hefty chunks being sold. Institutional seller, PT from the primary bid. Whoever ? seems a tad short sighted as VRS approach the real growth phase of their business. | john henry
22/3/2017 16:51 | superg1 I saw it on twitter but I assume that's where you saw it. | billbyrne
22/3/2017 15:22 | Been busy but listened to the interview again. Nanane (the gnp not ink) That would have been yesterday. Just come out of a marketing meeting where they were managing the expectations of some very very large customers. I see Telcon do sensors. Did anyone spot that name elsewhere. | superg1
22/3/2017 13:48 | been looking into this since ToT mentioned it on i i i made a cheeky buy this morning after talking to a dude who knows a bit about this graphene stuff. I have a war chest of cash if this drops below 20p and a war chest of cash if it keeps going up ! frog | frogkid
22/3/2017 13:06 | Talking passive tags Richie which are talked of as possibly replacing bar codes one day but already used far more than you indicate. | superg1
22/3/2017 12:28 | Well, if we are talking high volume then shipping container tracking, pallet tracking and supermarket roll cage tracking come to mind. | richie32
22/3/2017 12:19 | It's already a £10 billion plus market with good cagr reported. | superg1
22/3/2017 12:14 | RFID sounds good for limited applications but for high volume tracking isn't that way off into the future when production numbers are higher and unit costs much lower? | richie32
22/3/2017 12:02 | Or maybe fortunately. | ch1rp
22/3/2017 11:49 | I knew someone who owned a horse called "don't tell the wife. Everything was fine until the horse won a race, the owners name was mentioned and unfortunately the wife was watching the racing channel. | phoenixs |
