Way overdone now, with the funds selling and its not just them I suspect Battrick must be selling some out, be glad when he is gone too the more he sells the less he gets if it is him. Either that or someone with a load under the 3% is taking profit.

Anyway, as soon as it stops the share price will begin going up and hopefully no big swings this time, shouldn't be with the majority of funds out and the big shareholders.
I did find the podcast encouraging as NR was keen to get a lot of information into it with the one liners and probably sees Hong Kong as a secondary market for the shares, getting more positive by the day.

Serratia. What are the capital gains implications for that as presumably tax would have to be payable if the gain was more than the allowance of tax free when you transferred in to your wife's name.

"serratia22 Feb '18 - 09:54 - 3659 of 3661". Thanks for the advice for moving shares without buy/sell as you're right selling/buying isn't the problem. The problem is it takes few days to move the funds. sell share, wait 2 days for funds to become available for transfer, then wait for transfer and finally buy back.

Something that might interest you re ISA's.

My wife and I both have accounts with the same company. I have used my full ISA allocation and have VRS shares in my Nominee account. My wife has not used up her ISA allowance. I wanted to move shares from my nominee to her ISA.
One route would be to sell shares in my nominee get the cash and buy back in my wife's ISA. That would entail two dealing charges but more importantly the time factor would mean an RNS could hit before all the cash cleared after I had sold.
The broker said what I should do is gift the shares to my wife's account and they'll just move them over. A letter giving the details has to be sent and signed by both parties.
No buy/sell charges, no spread and ISA topped up.

This is simply a rerun of Lombard Odier selling in the teens. Another fund selling in the 70's. In three months, maybe weeks, we will look back at this moment and laugh at how we doubted.
Man up, grow a pair, and fill your boots.
Money where mouth is......I've bought another 20k at 72.5p

Regarding the "selling" business, there will arrive a time where there is nothing to sell ...
As far as I am concerned, I will hold a big chunk for a minimum of 2/3 years before evaluating any profit taking. To me this stock is a 100+ baggers. So whatever happens now and tomorrow does not concern me at all.

Just an idle thought: I wonder of the China contract will be signed by the time NR goes to that expo in HK? Would certainly be better for him to be able to say to any interested Chinese investors "We have a contract with the Chinese government" than just to be able to say "We have a letter of intent..."

We're into March soon. If production is going to start in June/July, then the contract needs nailing reasonably soon IMO. Equally, it's important to get it right, not least as it may act as a boilerplate for future similar agreements - time spent now could save a lot of time down the road...

Keynes said 'when the facts change, i change my mind.' We have 5 top draw collabs, a successful olympics with news to follow, and neill confirmed yesterday a massive chinese deal still on track. I see no reason to change my mind or holding. Patience reqd and let this froth settle by itself. All expected in a risk/reward share. Aimho. Glalth. Best ellis

rafboy - The share price is so sensitive that the China news alone will take it over £1.
If one looks at the chart spikes and swings we can easily see that the share price went straight up - almost vertically - from 40p to 80p then following a retracement of 20p to 60p in December resumed its vertical rise to 117p.
This time the retracement is sharper and thus expecting in return a very sharp recovery backed by a variety of news flow with some very heavy in terms of impact on future earnings.

Speculative investors are obviously exhausted by all the collaboration talk without solid earnings and order announcements.Finals were announced at the beginning off July last year and Interims at the end of November so next results should be coming at the end of June. That means it's likely to be confirmed orders that come first which are likely to come without warning. If you aren't holding when that happens be prepared for a mad scramble for Sto K as the price rockets again personally I'm quite happy to continue to hold. Tick will follow tock until ..... https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=U3JEORDUEqc
