A 50K buy early this morning has change the order book and the "AT" trades keept going into a higher price and now well into 64 / 65 +3.50p

Todays drop suggest the >250k traded yesterday was a sell, lets hope no one else joined the Hunts......unless they know something which I doubt, I failed to understand why big holders off loading while Ver is making steadiy progress and expect U.S approval for Frova just over two months away.......LOL!!!

If Hunter is going to off load its entire holding, we need a strong result statement in March to help clear the overhang, otherwise, the Sp will drop a lot lower.......LOL!!!

Bought quite a few of these, just sit and wait for it to go up........LOL!!!

Looks like there is still a big seller off loading, my guess is Hunter Hall continues to sell its remaining 11m shares, quite a big overhang if true.........LOL!!!
Lets hope VER delivers a positive result statement in March that helps to flush out the hunters..............LOL!!!
The share is cheap, it just a matter of how long it takes to get rid of the overhang..................LOL!!!!

This will turn out to be an excellent medium and long term investment.
I fully expect share price to go above 150p when the Frova gets FDA approval in May.......LOL!!!

Go and read the latest 2007 coporation presentation......................LOL!!!

Unless Hunter hall investment plans to unload more share, one should expect share price to return to 85p level, that was the price when Hunter started selling 4m shares. If the result release on 12 March is good as expected, share price has every chance of going above 100p....................LOL!!!

This upwards movement since New Year is encouraging..is there a brokers or analyst report out there?

All this anticipation is giving me a headache ---cue Frova!

Huge volumes on several Biotechs over the past couple of days. May be a new player in the market (fund) or might just be an existing one moving their chips around. See CEN today and AZM yesterday.

Hopefully more to it than that but that is my gut feeling.

I expect a 10 - 20% rise before May and a sharp rise there after..............LOL!!!!
A lot of products will be into phase 3 late 2007, VER will be a very srong phama co in the making...............PF may cook something up and dish it out to a buyer at a good premium 2008/9..................this is a share worth holding medium term..................LOL!!!

Any New Year views on Vernalis for '07?

My main hope is approval for Frova in pre-menstrual migraine which not only provides for significant sales potential, but will raise the corporate profile again; I'm looking at May/June - is that about right?

All things being equal I don't think you will need crossed fingers fickena. I see many positives with this one. Nothing earth shattering at present but with good news pending I am very hopeful of a steady increase.
