Worth 5p given the cash position and cash burn over the next 6 months depending on how long the sale process takes . Not sure what bidders would be bidding on as everything is pretty much loss making so can't see it fetching anything worthwhile . Cost of sale and other redundancies and lay offs will eat into the cash even more . Take your money and run imo

Yes, no rush tho, the board has received offers in part or whole for the company, so the best combination and offer gets the prize. We should hear formal offers soon and of course if you're right about inferring Verona's Share Swap of appox. 15p avg. this would secure the valuation and may lead an even higher bidder wins scenario.

This has fallen steadily from 77p all the way to 3p. Many will be invested at much much higher prices and may be enticed to try and bring down break even figures, so is the buying at the moment those trying to average down or new shareholders taking a bite....I wonder.

Great entry point, well done! Don't know if I'll wait for the end game. Depends. I do not think we'll have to wait till end of september though. Think they'll surprise us shortly after Verona has gotten approval from their shareholders to issue new equity. ;)

Haha same. More than content with entry at 3p. Gonna hold to the end. IMO Woodford and the rest are not gonna settle for anything less than maximum value. They have lost too much on this company.

Yes think adding to positions below 10p should pay off. Very unusual situation here in that determining absolute value is tough given the multitude of permutations.

Compound- thx. You “force” me to dig deeper. Because of that I’m convinced now that a takeover at 10p would be an absolute bargain for any buyer. Takeover price should exceed that. I strongly feel I should add to my position first thing tomorrow.
