Any specific reason for issuing a RNS regarding total voting rights today?
Don't know the regulations here, genuinely asking.
Might it be related to a soon to be expected takeover offer (in shares)?

Price looking perky again today. Probably no coincidence that it has come back to the upward trend line. My opinion is that the sum of the parts including whatever cash is left has got to be worth more than £35 million!

Disciplined investment is good. Not always worth the risk which is still present at this stage. Hard to say for sure whether a good deal would go through but downside risks seems minimised.

Thanks for sharing Timbo. 200 mil potential milestone payments + mid-single to low-double digits royalty rates on annual net sales. Seems like investors are only pricing doom and gloom and have not factored this value in current share prices. Seems fundamentally undervalued and unloved for understandable reasons tho considering Pxss poor management.

Being able to buy at the current share price is something like ethically correct stealing money from the blind.
Wish I had more funds. Alas, I have to diversify and can not put any more money into it. Choices.

good move jay ...I think! Clearly till the end game plays out we are all in the dark but I'm inclined to the view that 10p plus may be the reward here.

I have just been browsing through the latest Corvus Pharmaceuticals Annual Report and came across further details of the agreement they have with Vernalis on CPI-444

The scope and size of the milestone payments and the royalties are quite a bit bigger than I had first thought (see abstract below)

a top-up at 6.1p.. in anticipation. At these prices the company is valued at 30million when they have 26+ million sitting in cash, not to mention the IP they hold. USA closure and supplier related settlement have largely been settled. Seems the downside risk are more than covered at these prices. What do u think?

The retrace is very low volume. Exactly the kind of games one would expect an interested party to play. I'm not worried and expecting news (very) soon.

Notice the price coming back down to more realistic levels since I pointed out the rise in share price was far too optimistic . Think 3 to 5p is where this should be given the likelihood of the cash position falling on redundancies etc and any sale not likely to raise much . No matter how much he some people try ramping it the reality is it's only worth what someone will pay which is likely not much more than the cash position given the high burn rate .

Once approved, nothing standing in the way to make an offer in shares for VER.

Cudmore please call Warren Buffett and he will help you understand the fundamentals of investment. Overt ramping of a share in the mire does you no credit.

This was actually a decent company wrecked by in inept and incompetent executive team and now the vultures hover over the remaining flesh.

my guess is that it will be sold off in pieces as no-one will want the bad bits!
(Must admit I don't hold these any more and am still a bit miffed with the significant loss in percentage terms that I made on this bag of ...biotech;)
