I was more surprised it got sold off into end of tax year so close to a well supported funding. Glad to see it blue, still holding but haven't topped up

It was a buy,look at closing price yesterday to sell,that was 9.00,this large trade was 9.40, nearly the same as the £10K buy of today.

It literally says in the proposed fundraising RNS the placing extends cash runway into 2026.

“Following the Placing, the Company's cash runway will be extended into 2026.”

Just looking in here after a mention elsewhere.The deal with Thermo seems very positive but I'm not clear when they will start selling Clarava, as it mentions further assay development etc? Is the $5m from milestones essentially now the only income from Clarava in 2024? Will Verici continue selling Tutivia independently? Will the dual sales streams cause any tensions for doctors who probably want to be able to buy both tests as they're complementary?The company raised $6m several weeks ago (not very impressive that they haven't updated their shareholder website page). Add in the Thermo milestones and that makes $11m. But they are burning $10m p.a. so I don't see how people are saying they now have money until 2026? Unless a massive revenue rampup is expected?I note also that management have minimal shares (the CEO seems to have none).Can anyone sell me this company as an investment?
