Had a nibble as well, roughly trading at cash value so a lot of potential to move on good news, some due reasonably soon as far s I can work out. Primary seller has cleared 1.5m today with an odd block of 490k shares which might be a pi, not long to go before they clear completely imho. |
Looks the seller is still here , must be nearly done.
I manage to get a few more @ sub 2.25p. |
#NARF is another one like #VRCI.
Moves quickly on little buying from the current price. Sometimes 50% in a day.
Well worth a looksie |
Another 500k pushed through today, shirley not many left for the seller here now? |
I have decided to have another nibble, I doubt we shall see 2p again. (fingers crossed) news will been quite soon |
Interesting I haven't seen that site before. Not sure how they get their numbers if it hasn't come from a holdings RNS. |
Cyber if you look at holdings on Markets screener you will see Amati at the bottom on 1.5 percent. I should think it is down again since then. I saw the RNs where it dropped from over 6 percent. Doesn’t really matter but good to know they are possibly gone. |
Earwacks, check the RNS, Amati dropped to 5.38%, not below 5%. I reiterate my belief that they have avoided declaring further 1% drops because they have placed a large sell order (almost certainly their full holding) and will only declare for the final time once that order is completed, on or before 4th April. Whether their final holdings RNS says "zero" or just "below 3%" is uncertain, obviously the former would be better for us....
Or who knows, it might not be Amati, there's no way to be sure before we get an RNS. But there's clearly been a large seller the last few weeks, and it seems highly likely they are selling for the tax year end... Not long to go...
GLA NAI |
The RISE has only started , will look nice when the price is above 5p to 6p. |
Nice rise, probably pegged back by yet another delayed large sell. They only have another 7 sessions to sell after today :-) |
Edit it's now gone NT to buy even 10,000 @ 2.50p.
Tick up coming :) |
May have to pay premium soon to buy any amount! |
Just 200,000 buys and MM's are NOT letting you buy even 25,000 @ 2.50p !!! |
Cyber. They don’t have notify anymore because they dropped bellow 5 percent a while back. Last list of holdings I saw was just over 1 for Amati at least a month ago. Hopefully they have totally bucked off now:) |
IMO Amati deliberately stopped selling for a few days in January just above 5% so they could then resume selling and deliberately not inform the market until they were at 0%. My understanding is that if an insti places an order with their broker to sell a large chunk (typically they will set a minimum VWAP price to sell) by a certain date (eg. 4th April tax year) then they don't have to declare again until that sale agreement is reported as complete by the broker. In other words, no need to do interim declarations for each % they drop.DYOR etc |
I think that a rapid return to 5-6p is on the cards once the seller has finished by at latest 4th April. If we also get the news about Medicare approval then could feasibly go back to 9-10p IMO.No advice etc |
Volume over the last 5 trading days increased sharply and was around 15 million.
On 14/01/2025 Amati Global Investors Limited had reduced it's holdings to just 5.38% , 13,061,111 shares.
That must have reduced even further and it's most likely now less than 3%.
Once we get a confirmation that they have finished selling there will sharp rerate of the shares price. |
Last RNS from the company was 11 Oct that's over 5 months ago..with share price taking a nose dive since you'd think BoD would be obliged to update the market....poor leadership from CEO really. How difficult is it to update your shareholders? |
A few more large trades from yesterday. |
Looks like the seller has finally finished offloading.
If so the share price could quickly rise back to circa 4p - 5p |
Big seller still around. Maximum of 2 weeks left to dump however much they still have left. I can wait. It shows how much demand there is when they temporarily stop selling... |
Like most AIM small caps without news the share price has drifted to all time lows.
I have been nibbling at these lows.
From their last update in October 2024:
The Company's partnerships remain strong, and licensing revenues remain on track. The services business continues to generate collaborations, with contracts signed to date now anticipated to generate revenue in 2025 rather than the last quarter of 2024.
As at 30 September 2024, the Company had $6.1 million in cash. Verici Dx has continued to demonstrate a disciplined approach to cost control and anticipates that the year-end cash balances will be in line with current market expectations. |
