Company rejected money on the table at 4p and now just 0.80p....can only see these heading back towards 4p as per spike this time last year.

With no further updates on financing, since the beginning of December, I'd suggest that there is a very real risk of suspension here.

1.Maybe they'll announce financing at a good share price
2.Maybe the provider of finance will screw them and finance will be at a fractional sp, or all loan secured on assets.
3.Maybe the company will go bust. Last results showed large net liabilities which presumably continued to grow until the operating sub was placed in administration
