Raised £310k in Feb for Destination Media, then decide "its not prudent to to invest further in this business" in May !
Say they invested £100k in DM, so where has the other £200k gone ?
Now they are looking for even more financing.
My vote goes to synapse.

Absolute rubbish - what's the point of upping the stake in Yourday if the rest of the co. runs out of cash and goes to the wall???

I know which way I'll be voting at the EGM - if the directors have so much faith in their running of the company, why don't they put their hands in their own pockets??
