it will be interesting to find out just what rights VSH has over the Yourday patents.
certainly VSH's shareholding in Yourday is worth zilch.

Treacle - You can do anything you like in your own bathroom, as long as it's legal.

What I object to is you regularly conning people on these boards.

Your announced buys on VSH added up to 465562. Sells totalling that went through in two blocks(250000 and 215562) a few minutes ago.

It's plain as day that you have dumped them and are just pretending to hold so that the more gullible posters won't realise what you are....

Treacle - You just sold all your VSH a few minutes ago and you sold your RTS yesterday at a £300 loss.

Why don't you stop lying and admit that you are just a con artist....

Treacle28 - 3 Apr'09 - 09:37 - 685 of 686

......As I mentioned yesterday, they have survived a really terrible winter.
..

Treacle - Are you crazy? The company didn't survive the winter!

The main operating subsidiary was placed in administration!

According to Synapse, winding up proceedings were instigated, so the administration was to protect VSH from its creditors....

All IMHO, DYOR etc.

Treacle - did you read the other piece on the same page? I think you did. It doesn't make very good reading, does it? Shall we share it?

27TH NOVEMBER UPDATE
Venue has confirmed that Venue Solutions Limited is to be put into insolvent liquidation with effect from Friday, 28th November. It has apparently decided that this information does not need to be announced to shareholders or the market more generally. Given that, throughout its life, Venue Solutions Limited has provided most or all of the group's revenue and that Venue now has no source of revenue, at least until the YourDay installation at Alton Towers opens next Spring (and its revenues from this business have been very modest to date) it is difficult to understand how Venue continues in existence. The liabilities of Venue Solutions Limited were very large and it is possible that its major creditors may now pursue Venue Solutions Holdings, (and/or its directors), given that Venue Solutions Limited has continued to incur liabilities since the Summer. This will, at the very least, make new fundraising much more difficult. Given how discredited the management team now is, it is difficult to see them raising significant new funds in any event, particularly in the current economic climate.

Bearing in mind that the writer of this piece shares my view that the interims showed VSH appeared to be going bust, I'd suggest that they aren't in a very strong bargaining position and the finance providers will have the upper hand at this time.
Also with finances like these, directors could easily stiff shareholders and arrange a prepack administration , IMHO.
As I've said earlier, it all depends on the terms and conditions of future placings and convertibles. Shareholders may be lucky or they may be screwed but it doesn't matter to you as we all know you only plan to be here for a day or two just like with RTS. Maybe you should have stayed with RTS a bit longer with 800k of buys going through today. At least it doesn't look like its going bust!

L0WRDR - 2 Apr'09 - 15:44 - 591 of 591 (Filtered)

idiot messed up with FIE, RTS, CN., NWR and now VSH.

Dell was bashing ROE at 0.50p and now 3p, will VSH follow?

Treacle - FWIW, I think RTS looks a reasonable punt if they continue with the improvements of the second half. You only stayed in a couple of days though and sold out for a £300 loss this morning, as you couldn't suck in enough punters for a quick pump'n'dump.

However, VSH is a different story and would appear to totally depend on the fundraising negotiations that were mentioned in December.

Buying these now just seems to be a gamble on the agreed placing price and terms and conditions of the convertible. If they place higher than the current price, you'll probably do OK in the short term but if they place at a discount then it doesn't look so good.

It seems strange that the company haven't provided any further details of the funding negotiations four months after the original announcement....

It is great to see the steady buying of Venture Solutions Holding VSH - Today 209,168 bought, with a market size of 2,000; I think the Market Makers are getting short of shares. To increase the price over 7% on what I feel is quite a small volume of trades. But then again, it is only a week or so now before the Easter holiday when VSH technology will come into its own.

great product it may be, but it took longer than it should have to get fully up and running, and that cost us dear.

i still don't fully understand exactly who owns what between yourday and vsh, and the way vsh management have failed to keep us informed and seem to just sell more shares as and when has not impressed me.

i still hold a stake here only because it is hardly worth selling. it may come good in the end, but it would not surprise me if a deal is done which leaves shareholders missing out while others - you may guess who i'm thinking of - get the benefits.
