I am going to hold on to see if it continues breaks out in the short term - I bought a little bit of it quickly having only just starred research as it seemed to be breaking out. Too many orange flags for me to build a position. I really don't like it when directors have no skin in the game. Seems also to be trying to dodge regulations by way of its geographic spread.

KAPE, not for me, the consumer based subscription business looks flawed to me. Said the same about DFX last year...

I hope the fall in TUNE is not news driven either as I bought some more before the close.

CKN profit warning, red.
14 years of divi growth is not a good reason to buy a share!

Interesting that the company has not commented on the share price - I reckon they don't care! Too busy making frocks.

PTSG
Same old, same old debate evaporates as usual.

ZOO
The story is on the table and it will be a long haul during which they will be keeping the company profile high and may well want to raise more capital.

TSTL
Still startled by the rise.

RP19 - doubt it, my re-purchase could have been slightly better timed though! Looking forward to reading their results

Hydrus,
If FFX systems are up and running and they get a new customer, the software incorporates them with no additional cost or effort, to bother about.
The software does exactly the same with them as it does with a million other customers.
It is infinitely scaleable.

Nanoco is written off as option money. If anything happens then it is a bonus.

I can't say I really follow any of your logic re ZOO and FFX. Aren't all small companies in a fight for their lives against bigger competitors? You've lost me completely - I'm sure it made sense to you though ;)Anyway, for me the main risk is that the sheer rate of growth they are experiencing could be hard for management to handle. Quality could suffer but so far they have a laser like focus on quality. Possibly a risk around in-housing of localisation services also by media companies. BUR looks strong today. Added back to TUNE as it's fallen a bit and I do like the company.

My FFX holding is 3x my ZOO holding.
A similar fight, but FFX revenue will feed through to shareholders, easily, iff it is successful.

Maybe just looking for negatives in a cloud of positives, H.

Given that ZOO is in an existential fight, the pressure on their margins will be high as they battle for territory.
They are spending on software services and careful roll-out of products.
They are a small company amongst large companies and the fight will be protracted and bitter.
Their sub-contractors are skilled and equipped, so will not be cheap.
My question then, is when will shareholder benefits start to roll through, even if the company is successful in its own terms? In terms of my holding that is where I will be looking in order to strengthen/weaken my decision.

I gave up on IDEA because I came up with the notion that, although their software provides similar properties across sectors, it is not sector-expertise independent, so it is not simply scalable. It's a harsh judgement and I shall be looking for why I'm wrong in future statements.

red - One word: Nanoco!

Never mind that it is nano related in a big way, is loathed by Apad, and has a vibrant BB following. It actually MAY pay off one day. The vibes are getting more positive and who knows what will happen way into the future.

In the meantime the safer investments had better do well!

Yup, the problem with the likes of ZOO is that they are in the middle of the "voting machine" analogy.
I buy the story, but can't get along with the cheerleaders. Folks with more foresight than I can smile at all the noise.
Still I'm 73% up in a short time, so mustn't grumble.

My impatience with SDX is looking more risable by the day.
