07/7/2017 23:28 | I had a glance at ffx and put it in my watch list just for interest when you mentioned it at 52p. It's not for me as I don't like financials. Saying that they're Up 18% in no time and assume it's more than exchanging currency for holidays which I would imagine could fall off a cliff now I'd be wary of founders selling their shares and resigning I'd also investigate the directors, you can get a good feel that way. I binned DFX and avoided BST recently on that basis | big7ime
07/7/2017 23:22 | APAD, Same concern as dacian highlighted. I like to invest alongside owner managed companies. If managers have large investment in the business, they would look to increase per share value. I don't like the fact FFX share capital has increased by 45%. One of the large placement one was done at 20p. Electronic Payment market is growing and there is a long run way to go. So, i guess they will be ok. You are more experienced than I am so I'd be interested to hear your views. Personally, i am invested in Visa/Mastercard and happy to ride secular trend in payments space. What do you think about Safecharge? | attrader
07/7/2017 23:01 | Red a bid would have to be north of £3 for CNA, currently 2.07 which undervalues the business. I think the Bod will be thinking about splitting the business 3ways to maximise value and try to avoid being taken over! Either way, shareholders will be quids in I have made money many a time going against the "tintins" and this could be the next great example Why do they get it so wrong or is there an ulterior agenda? | big7ime
07/7/2017 21:22 | Thanks for the comments about FFX. I have emailed the CEO with them. It will be interesting to see whether/how he responds. apad ps What's a tp? | apad
07/7/2017 21:04 | DIS, up 23% today......buyers comming back. | 11_percent
07/7/2017 20:05 | Ffx Not looked at the detail, but ripe as a means of money laundering. I just hope that they have got their robust systems in place. red | redartbmud
07/7/2017 19:40 | Current tp on the FFX chart is approx 76.48 ffs. Potential turn 18 Sept 2017 | bamboo2
07/7/2017 19:18 | From first glance it looks good APAD but didn't someone say that Directors own less than 2%? That would be an 'orange' flag for me. I'd want to look at that in more detail to understand why they only own such a small amount of the company. The recent RNS was very good though. | hydrus
07/7/2017 19:14 | ps "Branson: ‘We Will Never Be Able to Build Enough Spaceships’ " Eventually they all go mad. | apad
07/7/2017 19:11 | Can anyone spot a flaw in my view of FFX as a conviction stock? I need some wise counsel before I transmogrify all of my WEIR into FFX. apad 'Christ's eyebrows it's hot.' | apad
07/7/2017 17:48 | Apad - look at the division GAW over the last year - they are also interacting with the client base better - wonderful stock | panic investor
07/7/2017 17:40 | Big7 I would have thought the price needs to be somewhat north of £2.10 per share. Buy on the rumour and sell on the fact? Risky from Reading. red | redartbmud
07/7/2017 17:13 | Only a matter of time before CNA is taken over, I was saying it at 190p Now we have more detail | big7ime
07/7/2017 15:18 | Not surprised to see the BVXP dip being bought. Core holding for me. | madmix
07/7/2017 15:16 | Agreed APAD. BOO volume fairly high today - pulled the trigger with a top-up at just under 214p. | madmix
07/7/2017 15:13 | Wpp is slowly climbing from the depths. Although I am currently losing my shirt, I am just retaining strategic the pieces of clothing that preserve my modesty :-) red | redartbmud
07/7/2017 14:26 | BOO below placing price. BTFD opportunity. Wish I was better at top-slicing. apad | apad
07/7/2017 14:12 | Got 25000 FFX in the bid/offer. Goodbye WEIR we must leave you ..... Well done those who spotted GAW. apad | apad
07/7/2017 13:59 | Hydrus Yes we are, but looking for a similar outcome, namely profit Mozzy Yes, my timing could have been a lot better. I saw the price weakness as a chance to opt in. Deluded from Diss. red | redartbmud
07/7/2017 13:52 | GAW - best stock for me this year. WPP - worst stock for me this year Anyone looking for a nice yeild and good growth should have a look at BVIC. Chairman bought a chuck yesterday. Brazil and USA opening up for them. | mozy123
07/7/2017 13:33 | GAW, just keeps printing higher highs, it gave 120 quid per share dividend last year, It's a cash cow | modform
07/7/2017 12:00 | Timing on BVXP seems to have been good. We are fishing for very different sized species Red | hydrus
07/7/2017 11:51 | Gawd luv a duck. Bought Wpp, twice. Can I self certify? Falling knife..... red | redartbmud
07/7/2017 11:39 | I think the current year PE for BVXP is under 20 which is too cheap for such a high quality company which has very good growth prospects. I hope so anyway it's my biggest holding. | hydrus |
