49 vacancies at BOO (41 a month ago) is a health sign.

Property companies are classically cyclical, so study the cycle as well as the company, is the only comment I can make.

Held PCTN for 7 years + and built a decent holding. Very surprised just how strong it has been recently. Good dividend. Mentioned it on here a few months back. Pretty boring but its been good for me so far but now trading at a premium to nav.

ps update 25th = today; NAV/EPRA NAV per share rose 1.7% to 81.8 pence (31 December 2016: 80.4

Mrs P's pf is progressing satisfactorily, given that it is only a few months old.
Currently holds JIM, LGEN, TSTL, WJG, plus ESP, RGL.
On a total return basis the first 4 named are proving to be profitable.
The latter 2 are still showing a small loss, esp ESP - chart floundering.
Considering sale of ESP after xDiv.
Proposing PCTN - divi c4% plus atm some capital improvement.
Anyone else looked at PCTN? - Looks solid and boring enough for Mrs P.
Might prove a little more profitable if current progress is maintained.

Thanks, shame I only own two of them (PTSG and G4M) and not particularly many of them, esp the former. Still getting better in practice (to date, could all go belly up) should help me in the real thing.

Ffx - I liked the results and narrative. Good growth, on track to grow more and pleasing use of plain English in the way the RNS was set out. Appears to be a highly rated product (trustpilot reviews), the trick now is to make some money from it. Lack of interest on the ffx board probably a good thing too.

I was fortunate to buy a second tranche at 129p in the post referendum panic. The company has increased headcount by 28% in the last 12 months; the key point will be whether it can translate these extra resources into sustainable multi-year growth.

Doing well in a hard market, V.

Used to own a first tranche but backed out.

KNOS one of my five for the year is showing some strength after last week's update with strong demand for Digital Services and solid growth in Digital Platforms.

Dacian, FYI, I have taken some profit in ECSC, and leaving the rest to go. No advice is intended.

£22 and bits does look very possible sometime soon. I would not be unhappy to hold on. I intend to keep most of them anyway.

Well not making a case to buy right now, otherwise that's what I would
do myself.

However it sometimes pays to buy caution, not many liked my SMIN idea
12 months ago, far less caution on SMIN now, and you pay a pretty price
for the current cheery consensus, in comparison to last year when caution abounded.

I am 100% behind you. The companies are very cautious with their commentary. They are also kicking the can into 2018.

FWIW EI and Red,

I am pushing the O&G supply companies performance further into the future, perhaps 2018.

The future is a foreign country, they do things differently there.

red, it's a longer term view as mentioned so no rush on WG, worth watching at least.

My plan was if crude came back to 40-45 very approx, then I would start
buying if the WG price came back. I don't hold atm.

Crude Index has plummeted 9% from its near high after the trumpet bounce, red.

Wise to be cautious I reckon.

I don't doubt that> I am holding Htg (under water - no pun intended) so I didn't want to extend my exposure to the sector. At the time, Amfw was a cheap way into Wg. I have not reviewed the calculation recently. I should have held the Amfw for longer and taken a much bigger profit.
I am wondering if I should sell my last Skg purchase, which was at £20.1667 just to bank a profit and run the rest.
