Great spot someuwin - and not just Dentyl, but Ultradex mouthwash too....

As others have said, once the market cottons on that mouthwash could be beneficial as regards COVID-19 then things could get moving very quickly.

It's certainly an interesting coincidence at the least that the Chinese were so keen recently to stock up on Dentyl.....

It's all over tomorrow's press - the Mail, the Independent, the Express etc:

Not surprised, Hydrus.
Did you know that Bill Gates rebranded an open source operating system called QDOS (Quick & Dirty Operating System) to produce MSDOS.
Back in the day the author of QDOS said there was code in MSDOS that Microsoft didn't know about.
Better off without him I reckon. The current CEO is pitch perfect.
I'm reconciled with not owning it - didn't see what was in front of me.

I'm happy with the BOO placing must be loads of brands kicking around with desperate owners. The UK indexes dived in anticipation of a sell off but the good old Yanks have upped their game again. Should get bounce back here tomorrow.MSFT is a very sound investment for me I sleep soundly with it.

AFN
Lots of small buys. Looks like someone pushing the price up. I'm guessing, to possibly unload a lot more at a higher price.
Not sure if that's even possible.
Maybe.

Have a look at the trades see what you think?

They are very effective. That war chest will probably deliver a billion to the market cap in time.
Fair play apad - stuck by them when they were down at 150p

Taking advantage of the high share price to create balance sheet solidity I reckon.
Pretty impressive solidity too, they don't need any money.
Management can use it for anything.

It was a deliberate tactic, red. So, informative. Interesting that the high growth hopefuls like EQLS and solid traditional companies both get caned.

BOO say they want the cash to mop up brands from failed companies. Tintins will love it. Hope it won't be SOS!

BOO

"Proposed Accelerated Bookbuild to raise gross proceeds of up to approximately £200 million"

"At the time of the Group's preliminary results announcement on 22 April 2020, the Group noted that since mid-March, trading had been mixed, as a result of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, initially with a marked decrease in the year-on-year growth rate. Performance then improved during April, delivering improved year-on-year growth of group sales. The Group is pleased to update shareholders that trading into May remains robust."

Tough day today (3% down)

RSW into TSTL has been well timed, it seems ---- so far.

Tintins seem to forgive RSW anything, whilst criticising SPX harshly. Not me!

Once word gets out that this could be a disruptor, on the back of the big deals and increasing EBITDA anyway, this could sky rocket.....am in and have been in for the ride on the back of fundamentals as you know, but seeing the right angled charts of likes of testing stocks as AvCT, NCYT, GDR et al and even likes of MWG etc where I have been in and out of, people get a sniff of COVID upside and IMO off it goes....DYOR, happy to be in here for a longterm ride on fundamentals as I said.....this is icing!

Sales of Dentyl mouthwash unexpectedly rocketed in China in the last 6 months. And then on 27th April #VLG's Chinese distributor signs a masive new EUR168m agreement for Dentyl.

Now we find out that mouthwash might reduce the spread of Coronavirus.

Coincidence? or are the Chinese ahead of the game here?
