what exactly is their business, they seem to rent out an idea, everything else is owned by other parties, the rest of the business seems to be based on project management.

How do they actually intend to make any money, what is the model.

This is just another so called green energy story that burns cash for years and investors never make any return.

This validates Velocys once again and makes several of the posters on here a distraction to honest posters and investors. Take your dishonest and disreputable remarks and leave Velocys to build a honest and reputable business. Where they work very hard to make this planet a better place.

It's an insurance claimSince the internal leak in an FT reactor was announced on 15(th) May 2018, this reactor has been removed from operation and is undergoing analysis by ENVIA's insurance company as it processes a claim. The plant continues to operate using its second Velocys FT reactor.

Agreed same here that is my concern why the complete lack of news It's smashed the share price from 17.5p to 11pbOd should be taken to task here

CE: have a look at Velocys' presentations, papers,and patents. The reactor core is cooled by partially boiling water which is forced through the microchannels and exits in the open space of the reactor assembly. See also my post of 1/7.

The sad thing to me is that we are not talking about the hugely important announcement of Shell as a global partner. This will open many important doors in Velocys development both commercial and financial and has been a vital piece of the strategic jigsaw.

I really do think GAC has given a fair and accurate view in previous posts as to where the company is currently and the very limited damage if any of the leak and why their hands may be tied for a short while before being able to update the market after gaining the agreement of partners and possibly insurance.
