14/2/2018 14:49 | IMO it's market sentiment due for reasons we all familiar with. 'Management' have no say in what price they buy back at... but I bought back in at 72p. | dontay
14/2/2018 14:29 | Dontay, if no known news since January , why peel hunt in January after prelimenary news release reafirmed Hold with target price 160 p and today cut target price to 120 p - its 25% on no news cut on target price- isnt it strange and stinks ? Why management after buying at 92-95 p , diesnt buy at 75p ? Somebody sold aprox 3 mil shares under 75 p - liquidation or shorts ? | a1ord53
14/2/2018 14:21 | There are strict corporate governance disclosure rules concerning share price swings. BOD's are required to make a statement to the market if they have information in their possession that is responsible for causing large share price movements. If those share price movements are just due to normal market forces being in operation and there is nothing new to disclose, then they have no reason to say anything and there is nothing they could say! The most they could say is they have no undisclosed knowledge in their possession that could be responsible for share price movements. | dontay
14/2/2018 14:17 | GBCol , they can just say that no material impact news known to management until now | a1ord53
14/2/2018 14:03 | What did they say when you contacted them? Closed period so they can't say much. | gbcol
14/2/2018 13:45 | Why nobody calls or writes to PR of the company and asks whats happenning ? | a1ord53
14/2/2018 13:24 | It has all the hallmarks of a close period short attack. I would expect at some point a vertical squeeze, when? Well you pays your money and takes your chance> | s1zematters
14/2/2018 13:21 | Just shows you how things can quickly go against you if you don't have a stop. I had acquired 35,000 shares at between 95 and 112 on that Xmas bounce and was (i thought) sat pretty that Thursday night reading that front page headline in the Telegraph about the 175p plus takeover. I don't think in all my days i have seen a share fail to gain even a couple of pence on news like that. Looking back on that day, high volume buying was getting filled by AT iceberg trades. One buy went through of 7 million at 128p if i recall. Anyway, the trend of always closing below bid in auction, a big 'give' on a weak share and the constant sell bots got me out at 117p and i posted that the head and shoulders looked nailed on taking it to 90p Roll on just 4 weeks and the price is 71p. Amazing! | s1zematters
14/2/2018 13:16 | Bought more at 72p, must be good risk / reward at these levels. | eastbourne1982
14/2/2018 13:09 | Now valued less than SKP purchase. I have bought back at circa 71p, tricky catching bottom but happy at fundamental value of company at this price. | s1zematters
14/2/2018 13:09 | This is being bot traded in close period against the buyback. Once the target is hit then it will bounce like a piece of elastic. Decide your level based on trading statement and set the orders. | polaris
14/2/2018 13:01 | Topped up at 72p I know vectura are facing headwinds at the moment but this is looking oversold ! But I was wrong when I called low 90s the bottom. | dp1umb
14/2/2018 12:46 | I will buy back at 66p but to be honest hope we don't get there but at the moment nothing to stop it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also seems price drops then picks up a bit to drag a few buyers in then drops again and lots of 1250 trades and have been for weeks and price usually drops afterwards ? | pooroldboy55
14/2/2018 12:40 | Back in again at 72p, took 4 attempts to complete the purchase. Someone is hoovering up shares at this price, re-read the Jan trading update, everything in line with expectations. This is just disappointment at no immediate take over following the ramping last month. | rathean
14/2/2018 12:35 | Bloodbath time. Final flush I would imagine. | richtea2517
14/2/2018 12:30 | Had some bad times with SKP but cant remember anything like this surely management must say something or have got there heads in the sand? But if these people know how do they know and who told them? | pooroldboy55
14/2/2018 12:24 | I am afraid we dont know what insiders and short sellers know. Company lost 50% within one month and no comments or explanations from management. | a1ord53
14/2/2018 11:09 | Well im just about back to break even will stay with it and buy more if we get to my target of 66p Cheers POB (Well perhaps not cheers thinking about it) | pooroldboy55
14/2/2018 10:43 | From HBM results. The portfolio is well diversified by clinical focus (Exhibit 2), with the reduction in oncology compared with 12 months previously being partly a result of the takeover of AAA. The increase in central nervous system (CNS) disorders is partly as a result of the new investment in private US company Aptinyx. Exposure to respiratory diseases has fallen mainly as a result of share price declines at the largest holding, Vectura, although HBMN's managers remain confident that its generic version of asthma medication Advair will be approved by the FDA, although later than initially expected.HBM still hold Vectura. | jimboyce
14/2/2018 10:05 | Aceuk , looks like HBM cut Vectura in their portfolio of respiratory diseases - so nothing new. But thank you for sharing. By the way Edisson estimated before merger combined revenues of SKP and VEC 153.9 mil £ and projected EBITDA aprox 50 mil £. And I think revenues and EBITDA now more or less inline with EDISSON estimate. So valuation of VEC should be atleast 1 bil £ and not 0.5 bil £ . ps Peel Hunt reafirmed HOLD and cut target price from 160p to120p - its 40 p cut - whats going on ? What PH knows what we dont know ? | a1ord53
14/2/2018 09:53 | HBM results | aceuk
14/2/2018 08:10 | Well surprise surprise down already! !!! Still think bottom will be 66p. | pooroldboy55
14/2/2018 08:09 | Major shareholders being doing nothing , although could support share price and step in squeezeing short sellers . On another side majors could fire Management, too. Nothing happening unfortunately and short sellers have free ride and shareholders suffer. | a1ord53
14/2/2018 07:43 | Just where would it be without buy back? | pooroldboy55
13/2/2018 23:14 | Agree, boudicea-underlying business solid and secure-will be bid for. | cumnor |
