Once the Company is wound up the elusive Corporal Jones will never be head of again. So nobody will ever know if he did or didn't exist. Well except for the Directors of course.

Jonesy first declared over 3% on 25th January 2024 - so he must have help prior to that. In January the price was 0.8p therefore he only needs a mere 10 bagger to break even. Doesn't sound like an idiot to me. His break even is considerably lower than mine. Lucky sod!

GF doesn't answer obvious questions that question this outfit, basically it's running at mass losses on the brink of bankrupt, happy to answer what he can't over some 7 years, just have to question who he really is.

GF.Small detail. How is the tailings from Hanes getting the 130km as the crow flies from Hanes to BP? Who is paying for the fleet of rock trucks? How will they make money processing already mined tailings when it takes one truck to deliver one truckload each day?

So AP said there will be no extra costs from adding the production from the Former Hanes Gold Mine. As the plant has to be running for the BP CU CON to be produced.
This can be clearly see in the X video of the plant running.
Mr market has again ignored the news regarding the amount of income the processing of the ore from the Hanes Gold Mine alone will bring in.

Certainly AP can give no timeframe. Nearly two years ago….

Andrew Prelea, Chief Executive Officer at Vast Resources PLC, commented:

“Despite taking longer than anticipated, I am very pleased to announce that after many years of hard work and discussion with the Zimbabwean Government the matter regarding the release of the Historic Parcel has now been amicably settled in a manner supported by an Order of the High Court of Zimbabwe. This demonstrates the Zimbabwe Government’s and in particular His Excellency President Cmd. E D Mnangagwa’s commitment to resolving legacy issues related to investment in Zimbabwe in a transparent and legal manner for the mutual benefit of investors and the Country and we now look forward to the releasing of the Historic Parcel to the Company.”

Its interesting that vast always say. Vast Resources is focused on the advancement of our assets in Romania, Zimbabwe and Tajikistan.
Yet to my knowledge, they have no asset in Zimbabwe. Ap has never given up on getting that Zimbabwe asset returned.

So its been over a month since we were advised by RNS of this.

Corporate Update

Vast Resources plc, the AIM-listed mining company, wishes to announce with respect to its announcement released on 23 September 2024, that the Attorney-GeneralR17;s Office has approved the terms of a settlement agreement relating to the Historic Claim and has recommended this to the relevant Governmental Institution for signature in order to resolve this longstanding matter. Accordingly, the fully executed settlement agreement is currently awaited to enable the Company to complete the process of recovery. Shareholders will be advised of further developments, but Shareholders are also reminded that whilst the Board remains confident, there can be no guarantee of a successful outcome.
I doubt anyone can give a time frame, when this will be complete. Governments move at there own pace. Slow.
