Zen,

We have told AP many times the Swiss investor is causing serious issues and due to him share price is where it is. Yes the share price will take a big hit if RNS comes out stating " no swiss investor" but we will re over.

My guess is once the Alternative funding is sorted there will be no more need to mention Swiss. I think we are almost there with the alternative.

The Attorney General is merely the chief legal adviser to the Government. If a deputy sheriff appointed by the High Court to accompany Vast’s representative to the RBZ with the purpose of enforcing the Court order instructing the RBZ to hand over the diamonds was shown the door, an intervention by the Attorney General is unlikely to have any effect. She’s an adviser, not a prosecutor.

If there was ever a “Swiss investor”, it seems likely his prospective investment depended on the receipt of the diamonds. It’s more than six months since anything was heard of him.

There are no diamonds. They’re long gone. Vast is bust.

No one seems interested in buying down here.
Its been the same for months now. without the buyer and seller, during this time, they have been allowed to push the price down, there would have been no volume here without them. Its been the case that only a few look to have sold. Most holders have been holding to see how this ends now. We have seen reported, not many sells for weeks now. With many buys. But this must have been smoke and mirrors, with a lot of those buys being sells, IMO. If they weren't, the fact that they were continually dropping the price on all those reported buys, would show how corrupt the AIM market is.

How long does it take to sign a document. not very long i would hazard a guess. You do apear to have a problem with people posting positive when on LSE its is mostly used by naysays. I know as i have well over 200 filtered there. Most i would hazard a guess are multi ids. So having someone post positive or as you put it none stop ramping, makes a change. Maybe you would like to comment on the none stop posting of
trolls over there. The fact that you say, "I you expect funding news soon", goes against what you said last week. Where you we saying the Swiss finance has been pulled. That could be called utter nonsense. I cant make my mine up about you, are you a wolf in sheep's clothing?

So I was expecting a RNS with news regarding the date of the AGM. So whyis it so late. Could It be because if you go into any AGM they want some good news to face the investors, if posable. So it could be being delayed as they know good news is just around the corner. Or I am sure the trolls will say, there's nothing but bad news so don't want to face the investors. The problem with that argument is they have to face them at some point. As they say there is nothing but bad news to come. You would think if that was the case, they would want to get the AGM out the way as fast as possible. That is what I would do. I am sure a troll will disagree.

I found this interesting.

Significant progress has been made by the parties relating to the historic claim. The Attorney General’s office has approved the terms of the settlement agreement relating to the historic claim and has recommended this to government for signature. The fully executed settlement is currently awaited to enable the Company to complete the process of recovery, and the Company remains confident of a successful conclusion. No amount has been recognised in the financial.
This piece i found most interesting.

I post this as even to the 10th October this is what they were saying.

It looks as if this had something to do with vast changing its offtake agreement from Mercuria to Trafigura.
Slower concentrate sales in Romania in the second half of the year.

I did wonder why they had moved from Mercuria to Trafigura. If Mercuria were slow to take the concentrate, I see now why they did it.

What it does not say is, if the concentrate was all sold in that 6 months. Or was some still being stockpiled to sell at a later date.

Asi am always reading up on the companies i hold shares in, I just come across this that i had not noticed before.

Vast Resources plc (‘Vast’ or the ‘Group’ or the ‘Company’;) is focused on key mining opportunities in Romania, Zimbabwe and Tajikistan. These opportunities comprise the Baita Plai Polymetallic Mine (“BPPM”) in Romania, the Group’s expected opportunity in Zimbabwe, and participation in two mining projects in Tajikistan.

this is the piece i had missed before. "The Group’s expected opportunity in Zimbabwe". So lets see what this will be, in the future though. Some will say just more jam in the future. Naysay have said a lot in the past and called it wrong. But to listen to them they have never call anything wrong. I like to look whats ahead, that way i can see whats coming. Unlike a troll that just keeps looking behind him.
Very dangerous that. You never know whats coming around that corner.
