It sounds to me reading all the latest RNS that vast are just looking for new finance to cover the existing. That would then give vast the money they finally get from the diamonds (around $12m +) to finance a great deal of expansion. I am not of the believe that vast wont rise till finance or the diamonds appear. Once money starts to drop into vasts bank will be the start. imo.

The process concerning the settlement of the historical claim is now very well advanced. From the RNS on the 31st oct. seems more and more confident that they are coming, every time they mention them now.

So if the AGM was announced today they would need to give two weeks notice. If they wanted to do a consolidation they would need a vote. Then they would have to do a placing, lets call that another week. So three weeks at least, all together. Unless they do another placing before, for at least 0.1p
