The GM was authorisation of 8.4 billion shares when consolidated = 1.4 billion The share price will be 0.375p tomorrow with 1 billion shares in issue.So being generous even if the did all the allocation it would only be 1.4 billion @ 0.3p is £4.2 million not enough for what they need

So you can see why i very much doubt Mercuria would be calling in there loan, any time soon.

Only a idiot would do that or a troll saying that.

So let look at the forecast for BP alone. They say there is initial mine production life of approximately 3-4 years with an in-situ total mineral resource of 15,695 tonnes copper equivalent with a further 1.8M-3M tonnes exploration target. The Company is now working on confirming an enlarged exploration target of up to 5.8M tonnes.

So that range of 3/4 years is miles out. At 4 years of concentrate at the last production report, Q4 of an average of 2,248 tons a year that would give a LOM of of about 7 years not between 3/4 years, working on last quarters numbers.

So working on the 1.8m to 3m new target at 40 ton 1 ton concentrate. that would give at the 3m target. 75,000 ton of copper equivalent. So a LOM of 19 years.

Then the enlarged exploration target of up to 5.8M tonnes. that would be 145,000 ton
and A LOM of 37 years.

So at Q4 rates we have, 7 years, 19 years and 37 years. But we know that production is going to go a lot higher, than it was at Q4. So lets double it. that sill would give a LOM of 3.5 years, 9.5 years, and the max 18.5 years.

And that is just on the enlarged exploration target they have today. There looks to be going to be a lot more down there, than the 5.8M tonnes.

No news on calling in these two debts. As those agreements are said to end today. I see Resolution 1: 84.10% in favour Resolution 2: 86.15% in favour Resolution 3: 85.89% in favour. Not even close to not being passed.

Placing -> Placing -> Placing -> Consolidation -> Placing -> Placing -> Placing

Now how are they going to cover the debt?

You'd have to be as thick as two short planks (or as daft as gf) to buy shares in this scam.
