Oct 2019 Management and BoD held 1.2% of company shares. Can see where their interests have been over next 4 years. If you look back further I believe they had a lot higher investment as a percentage.

Bionic - thanks for the clarification. I did not realise they had that much skin in the game. So they will need to increase their holdings 27 fold to barely achieve 1%??? Surely that cannot be right? Do they NOT want the deferred shares????

0.037% actually , but who's counting?

Expecting the entire BODs to dig deep and bolster their already substantial 0.37% shareholdings. If they go above 5% then that will be read as a signal that the diamonds are on the way. If they don't then that will be a signal that it's all about Nikash, Tajikistan and the higher grades. So a win-win either way.

I continue to average down.

I now, individually, hold more shares that the entire BODs put together. How embarrassing for them!

Watch for the spike in volume this afternoon as funds scramble for the deferred shares. They will have economic value.

So taking a look at the shares that David Jones has now on a sell price of 0.07p, he has £199,000 worth of shares. before he added he held £126,000. so he added another £73,000. Not a cleaver time to buy according to some. We will see. I get the feeling he knows a lot more than me and a troll.

So when Vast finally goes belly up, which it surely will one day, then who gets BP and the other mining assets? It wouldn't happen to be a related company would it, one that is registered at the same address in Maidstone?

Consolidation is a certainty, and an Horrific one.

Coupled with CLN from outside source. Diamonds? their value has been decimated.

Sorry to hear that IAF. One to take on the chin and hopefully learn from the experience. This was never a long term investment after the failed mechanised mining plan.

I thought this had potential after Zimbabwe High Court order but share placing after share placing without any sign of diamonds has shown this for what it is. The diamonds could turn up tomorrow and the real share price would be substantially lower than when news first broke :(
