But surely you have missed all the progress GF has been banging on about for months. AP has been doing deals left right and centre. Profits soon to be rolling in. BP already chucking out huge revenues etc etc etc.

After diamond news, company was worth over £15m. Value based upon diamonds mined prior to AP involvement in the company. The company is currently valued at just over £3.5m a year even with multiple equity placements. What value has AP delivered to shareholders in the time he has been in charge.

Mines have been built in the time it is taking BP to get ramped up. We're not even there yet.

Other deals over past 5 years have failed to increase the share price beyond a week before falling back and then dropping. Most long term holders look for a return over a number of years. Those invested here two years plus ago may as well kiss their money good bye.

Theres so much potential here with the markets Vast is operating in but the company needs a competent CEO who can deliver on their Words. I expect majority of shareholders here have writen off their losses as small percentage of portfolios in view of risk. BoD can therefore fleece the next new lot of investors with their jam tomorrow projects. Who knows they may actually stumble across a project which actually provides a return.

Wonder if his suit was at the dry cleaners? Or maybe he had to sell it on Vinted to pay down some debt.

Shares rallying to an all-time low prior the the GM.

Every £1000 "invested" is now worth a whopping £2.40.

Turning up at a high level meeting looking like something the cat dragged in is hardly going to impress the Tajikis. For one, Spiv looks like a Romanian gypsy and secondly it is disrespectful to the Tajikis.

I think a Vast Support Group might be more useful.

Who is Spiv working for, it's certainly not shareholders who are being scammed.

Maybe someone should set up the Vast Action Group.

Well no positive news prior to GM so far. Hoping something appears soon but my mind is telling me stop being so stupid, when has Vast delivered something on time!

Resolutions should pass but know there is a lot of resentment with investors in running of company. We could well see a EGM in the future called by PIs if management don't deliver in the short term.

I just saw the picture of AP at a meeting in Tajikistan. So we appear to get the comments he could have made more effort with his appearance. You see if he had, the same people would have said, looks like AP is on another jolly. I myself would have made more of a effort. But he may have just come from visiting the underground mine there. No one will really know. Just a good excuse to have a bash for some people. Looks like a picture of a hard working CEO to me. As I said if he looked smart and well groomed. The comments would have been. AP having a great time spending company money.

actually nice reading the board today. Yes it's been negative but to be expected in view of Vasts current position. BP has been disappointing to date. Once funding for ongoing operations sorted may once again be investable. All depends on whether they can control costs, increase production and have access to higher graded ore. Let's see if company is prepared to put some targets out there. Hardly ever seen a company not provide production expectation for the year unless it's having major problems. With three years plus mining investors have to put their own guesstimates out there. Currently 14000 per month based upon previous targets provided. There's potentially going to be down time etc etc but we are none the wiser. Some transparency would be good so investors can make an informed decision on whether to invest going forward.

Well looks like AP getting in the air miles. Could we see some positive news? He knows how to dress for a board meeting, hoping his conversation was a lot better.

Bionic following consolidation it will be a lot higher but it's going to be lower than 0.6 they were originally expecting. To get a placement away probably looking at a 20-30% discount in my view. Just 6 months ago the share price was 0.3p, we could well be there soon again. Anyone holding may just have a few less shares though. Oh yes don't forget those deferred shares which the company states are 'valueless'

Was that in the same RNS where they stated,'also with the expected rise of the Company's share price in the light of these developments.....If the share price has risen materially above the current share par value of 0.1p by the time of the General Meeting the Resolution reorganising the share capital of the Company (Resolution 3) may be withdrawn'

Well it's gone really well. One day before GM and looking at approximately 30% reduction in share price Shows what the market thinks of BoD and progress made.

Putting aside the debt outstanding, they have said they need another million for working capital.
