Not sure we are likely to see any dilution after Thursdays consolidation. not from the open market, anyway.
I just dont see the hunger for the shares, being out there, at this moment.
I can see the swiss investors taking a position by buying shares, along with a providing major restructuring finance to the Company. As I have said before, I dont see any possibility of Mercuria calling in their debt. Alpha could be replaced by the
Swiss investment Company. Along with buying equity in the company. So vast have said. The Company requires a further US$1 million as working capital. I can see vast making these share available, to the swiss investment company, So they get the $1m that way.
At what price, your guess is as good as mine. This is just IN MY OPINION.

So it's clear that there are some very large players buying vast shares. We won't here about it until they have the amount of shares they want. You can see , no let me rephrase that, I Can see that there appears to be very few PIs that are buying at this moment. But I see a few PIs selling. Well there is always another rainbow to chase just around the corner. A lot of people will be sitting on the sidelines watching. Not happy to pay 0.073p. But will be happy to pay anything from 1p to 5p soon.AIMO. I am looking forward to seeing what takes place this week.Do I think the consolidation will go ahead, yes. Do I think that those lones will be called in. No. Now to explain. The loan is due on Friday, Thursday is the day they vote on the consolidation and to give them permission to increase the shares. So if they moved fast they could do a placing late Thursday. But that would mean it would take a week to get that money. Another clue is the fact that it would be very highly unlikely that vast would get £8.5m shares away in one go. I don't see Mercuria being any problem at all.Alpha I don't see as a problem either. It's just who owned the property that is being used as collateral that could be the problem there. It could be that they want more for that collateral being used. But about £4m is now owed to Alpha. It could be covered by an investment and shares from the Swiss investment company, that we have been told are very interested in investing in vast. So a very interesting week ahead. So we may have both debts sorted come the end of the week. With the diamonds still in the background not being used or needed to cover this debt. These are the plus points.I will leave it to the trolls to point out the negative points. But I am sure if you read their posts, and you are a holder you will know the risks. As they are posting every day and night,I am sure they have not turned positive over the last few months.

So taking a look at the shares that David Jones has now on a sell price of 0.07p, he has £199,000 worth of shares. before he added he held £126,000. so he added another £73,000. Not a cleaver time to buy according to some. We will see. I get the feeling he knows a lot more than me and a troll.

This is a standard way of raising money. This from UKOG:

"a subdivision and reclassification of the Existing Ordinary Shares, followed by a consolidation resulting in 2,953,492,610 New Ordinary Shares of £0.000001 each and 2,950,539,117,790 Deferred B Shares of £0.000001 each"

So the 2,950,539,117,790 Deferred B Shares have no value????? And yes - that is 2 trillion, 950 billion, 539 million, 117 hundred thousand, 117. Now just imagine that each one of those was worth just £1!

The trolls won't tell you that.

There must be value somewhere. every day that goes by makes it less and less likely you are going to get what you want. For holders its a day closer to success.
Come next thursday there will be under a billion shares out there. While the shares have been reduced the Market cap will remain the same, very low.

The new deferred shares have no economic value stated essentially 3 times in the RNS.

Well there you go then. Not sure what your worried about. They have no economic value.
As you say they they made that clear 3 times in the RNS.
So why even add them. Anyone who is holding on the date of consolidation will get them. If you dont hold, What are you worried about.

They may not hold any economic value as a share. but at the end of the day, everything has a value allotted to it. Lets say i buy a bag of chips. i eat some and throw the rest away, they now have no economic value. But to someone who has nothing, and is starving, they have a value.

If they are not costing me anything, and they are giving them to me. I will take them.
