The new deferred shares have no economic value stated essentially 3 times in the RNS.

Well there you go then. Not sure what your worried about. They have no economic value.
As you say they they made that clear 3 times in the RNS.
So why even add them. Anyone who is holding on the date of consolidation will get them. If you dont hold, What are you worried about.

They may not hold any economic value as a share. but at the end of the day, everything has a value allotted to it. Lets say i buy a bag of chips. i eat some and throw the rest away, they now have no economic value. But to someone who has nothing, and is starving, they have a value.

If they are not costing me anything, and they are giving them to me. I will take them.

You are wasting your breath , he doesn't buy any shares as he is a company shill trying to trick others into doing so.

Now someone said why had i increased my holding when its clear that another placing is coming. Well you see, I, like jones, know at some point these Deferred Shares will be worth having. If people think differently, no one is forcing you to buy.

GF,

From RNS:

On the same assumption, the Resolution will also result in 515,892,976 New Deferred Shares of £0.009 (0.9p) each which shall rank pari passu with the 3,206,616,509 Existing Deferred Shares. As stated these shares have no economic value.

------
the new deferred shares have no economic value stated essentially 3 times in the RNS.

Even if they did they will rank pari passu with the other pre-existing >3bln deferred shares.

So either they have no economic value - or they will be part of some elaborate scheme, where some money got to them? In which case the other 3bln deferred shares will also 'feel' the postulated benefit - the detriment of the ordinary share holders.

Do you also hold the old deferred shares then? Which I guess are some residue from a privies consolidation?

Any such attempt would then go to court as would be against legally binding statements in RNS's

Charity thief PATT is a champion for the only share in the world that's performed worse than this one. Quite the achievement.

well i called it wrong today saying it would close up about 15%. Out by 1.19%.
I was surprised that they opened up at 0.07p though.
Seems the MMs decides they were not going to make it easy for the buyer/seller to make money as easy today. That was clear from the start. If you want to buy back, what you sold, you will have to pay more. AIMO.

That's because you're a company shill. You don't care about the holders , you only want to fill them with disinformation.

"Accordingly, the Directors unanimously recommend that Shareholders vote in favour of the Resolution to be proposed at the General Meeting, as they intend to do in respect of their aggregate interests of 20,166,385 Existing Ordinary Shares (representing approximately .037% of the Existing Ordinary Shares of the Company)."

Wow , just wow.

I have to say its hard to have any sympathy for holders that that sold at a loss.
I have just seen the tweet vast put out on x. The brain dead out there saying its just a ramp. That holders should vote no at the GM. Well if anyone did that you would be as mad as them. They want the vote no for one reason , for you and any holder to feel the pain they feel for selling. No holder would have encouraged them to sell. When this explodes north they need to remember who it was who encouraged them to sell. Then turn into the troll they hated when they held.
