Who should you follow. Disgruntled keyboard warriors who have never made a profit on any share they’ve ever bought or someone who’s bought 5% of a company.
Hmm it’s a tough one.

David Ian Jones is a GP in Swanley, He had his profile pic for a while on a telegram group and it matches with this X profile.

If you look at who he is following, it will also confirm.

Yellow card issued to you for poor research.

In my opinion the only value deferred shares provide to holders is in the event of a dividend payment. I can't see this happening for years in views of projects being undertaken.

The company is still loss making and needs to undertake placings until breakeven over all operations and therefore reduces any future payouts. I personally wouldn't assign any future value to these deferred shares in these circumstances. Only time I have seen value is where you have larger company issuing deferred shares as an incentive.

Of course I could be wrong but would like to know of any example where this has added value to an AIM investor.

At some point this share price has to change direction. The question is whether this will happen this year, next year or sometime in the future. Think it all comes down to profitability (or short/medium term) return of diamonds.

It's going as I thought it would. PIs selling while the big boys adding millions. People will never learn. You can see I am right by the fact that there appears to be fewer and fewer positive posters on here. The trolls have worn them down. I am sure we will have more hate spat in the direction of AP at some point for ghe massive rise that will come at some point, IMO. We have those that bought way too early. So lost money. We are going to get those that sold down here, very soon blaming AP for them selling, as they watch the rise, and they miss out. The fact is you can only lose 100%of your money. While you could make many times that 100 % loss, as profit. But everyone should stand by their decision. After all you could be right.

Why the name David Ian Jones. I'll tell you why because without further information the name is too popular to track him down. The new holder could just have easily been called John Alan Smith. What country does Mr David Ian Jones live in?

Personally I don't believe such a holder exists.

In more shock news there’s still no sign of the fantasy diamonds. Even my fantasy city mates and their fantasy buyers haven’t faked a communique for days now. #shocker

Seems someone else wants as many shares that they get hold of. Think about it people, if you buy those shares now ,you will get those so called worthless shares for free. They have not advertised them as worthless for nothing. At some point they will be worth something that's for sure.

All the rainbows in the sky
Start to even say goodbye
You won't be seeing rainbows any more

Setting suns before they fall
Echo to you that's all that's all
But you'll see lonely sunset after all

It's over, It's over, It's over, It's over
